Fish Tacos

Must place fish in a fryer without seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Then place fish on a flat grill and set up temperature to 225 degrees, and cook fish until done and season with lemon pepper.

Drop corn tortilla into fryer and cook one side for 15 seconds. Flip over and cook the other side for 15 seconds. When done, place tortilla in a skillet and place skillet on top of stove. Set the temperature to low. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil, and cook tortilla for 15 seconds and flip over and cook other side for 15 seconds. Place tortilla on a flat plate and add taco seasoning on both sides of tortilla to add flavor. Cut lettuce, tomatoes, lemons, and serve with picante sauce.

Grilled Shrimp

Use 1/2 pound of peel ready to eat shrimp and wash shrimp.
