Chapter 1
Successfully Overcoming Stress
My name is Marios Skarvellis, I am a Mind – Body mentor, Success Coach, and masseur I have been studying human behavior & self-awareness techniques most of my life & have found we all collectively experience the same emotions, stress, depression, loneliness & fears just on different levels of awareness.
I am deeply concerned over the mental health issues that are affecting us all. Mental health issues are discussed in all means of media & affect the young, the elderly, athletes, fitness conscious, armchair observers & intellects, no one escapes.
We all have a common Enemy, our inner Demons, inner Demons that challenge us every moment of our lives.
To have GOOD, thoughts regularly need you to make a conscious awareness & effort to Create a new habit & routine that supports a positive & optimistic outlook & attitude.
To have Negative thoughts & emotions comes easily, it’s your default first response, as it is your immediate protect system, assuring your safety, insecurities & Ego.
We are consumed by stress in all areas of our environment, work, home & socially, it is the most talked about topic. What disappoints & upsets us, what people say & think about us, our insecurities & fears, the lack of Respect & attention we get from others, whether it is, friends or loved ones to the big topic, Finances.
The biggest disease we suffer from on this planet is through our own thoughts & emotions. Our negative self-talk & constant chatter 24/7, over the immediate thoughts & emotions that do not please us, on an everyday bases, fuels this disease.
This constant chatter, interferes with our normal Mind – Body communication & fuels our stress, anxiety & depression, fear, hate, anger, loneliness, insecurity, and a feeling of Separation from family, friends & society, which also drives all our Addictions.
Our mind communicates to our flesh and blood body machine through electromagnetic signals, and biochemicals, sent and received from every cell and needle dot of our body instantaneously 24/7 for Processing to determine every action or movement you do.
Did you know that these negative thoughts & emotions, form stress and increase the hormone Cortisol, which is produced by our central nervous system, through bio chemicals, that are manifested & stored into our cellular & muscle memory causing tension, pain & disease in our bodies.
The effects of Stress on the hormone Cortisol also accelerates your aging process.
Stress also lowers testosterone levels, majority of men’s erectile problems are due to stress, low testosterone and bad blood flow, a woman’s estrogen and testosterone levels are also affected.
The Mind & Body needs to have a close communication, to maintain a healthy well-being & true postural alignment, the human body was created to be in symmetry, to be in balance with itself & in harmony with all the energy & forces around it. So, if you improve your posture and alignment, you enhance movement, flexibility, and well-being, if I was to pinpoint one spot that effected our postural alignment the most it would be your Achilles’ heel, where there is a great deal of tension and strain placed on this point from your regular foot movements in your everyday life, these tensions are transferred up your body tower and alter everything above through your left and right knee, hip, spine and neck, where every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Woman wearing high heal shoes looks great but affects their Achilles’ heel by tightening it to a point wear walking in flat shoes hurts them, be more aware and use them only when required.
Like Cortisol the negative hormone, there is a positive or happy hormone called Endorphins, usually experienced during exercise, sex, laughing, positive optimistic thoughts & emotions.
These are some of the sources we can set new routines & habits around that will serve us. Another Biochemical, Adrenalin which also favors the stressful activities associated with the energy & excitement of the fight & flight response, that is, when you intentionally engage in a stressful or risky behavior for a self-inducing high. So, becoming more aware and in control of your thoughts & emotions, controls which biochemical You stimulate through your body every day and how effectively your electromagnetic signals flow.
When we begin an awareness, toward a mind body communication that is in balance & harmony, we activate our physical instincts & 6 senses to their Peak Performance. This restores our bodies Natural energy field or Aura, to resonate at its true individual unique Frequency, like an Antenna. Our body’s true Harmonic Frequency (Aura) connects to the universal flow of Energy, which allows The Power of Attraction & Intention into our lives.
So, where we place our attention is paramount, to our well-being, longevity, happiness & success.

All our minds’ thoughts & emotions, whether happy or sad, good, or bad, are connected & networked to every needle dot of our bodies cellular & muscle memory, instantaneously 24/7, sending & receiving information & commands that control & resonate through our entire body. Learning to master your own self talk intentionally and not habitually allows you to be in control of your mind body language, assuring they are positive & optimistic ones that assist & complement you, every day, under any circumstances, is to your benefit & wellbeing, this increases your natural aura & 6 senses. Your Aura, your energy field, is collectively made up of 7 major energy points, called chakras & 2 energy lines that run parallel through all your seven major joints. These Charkas are located from the crown of your head through the center of your body to the bottom of your pelvis, with the colors of the rainbow. The colors starting from the bottom at your pelvis with red. These
