Speaker, coach and author of How to Heal Your Body by Using Your Mind, Kel Rae, has been healing with mind since the early nineties, before working with the Anthony Robbins Group. Having many negative experiences with the medical system she began using self-healing as a faster, and more time-efficient way of clearing illness. Beginning at a young age, Kel Rae experienced kidney failure, paralysis, heart attack, amnesia, COPD and later angioedema among other more common maladys. She began succeeding against illness when she started to use her mind properly to balance and eradicate her conditions. What She Believes... Kel Rae believes that these illnesses had more to do with the human spirit not fully expressing itself, than a physical malady within the body. Though she does not advocate not going to doctors or medical facilities, she has personally stayed away from the medical industry, choosing to remedy her illnesses naturally through mind body work. Kel Rae believes that illness is created by the mind and reflected in the body, and that the mind body has the power to cause massive destruction (even death) if issues are not addressed and released through mind body work. She set out on the path to understand more about healing through making mental adjustments, lifestyle changes, and feeding the spirit. An Introduction to Mind
Let’s face it, health is the cornerstone to a good life, yet it’s hard to fully enjoy life if you’re suffering from a debilitating condition that constantly draws your attention away from your life’s activity’s moment-to-moment. And yet illness is something that is not hard-wired but rather changeable. This changeability can be understood by looking at vibration.
Everything you see and know is made up from vibrations, including your own body which you experience as solid
, just as you experience the world as solid and yet it too (and everything else within the universe) is made up from vibration. You are made from vibrations and therefore you vibrate.
As you live in this world you constantly consume vibrations from your environment in a variety of forms such as food, drink, emotions, ideas, atmosphere etc. The most important thing to be aware of is that vibrations directly affect your health, in fact, all illness is created by an emotional reaction to vibration. Emotional reactions are formed by perceptions which are created by your mind.
So how we mentally perceive the world creates thoughts which vibrate and create movement in your body in both good and bad ways. Your vibrations can range anywhere between the two opposite poles of positive and negative. Positive vibrations are enjoyable, and they create harmonic vibrations. Negative vibrations are hindering and can create negative (havoc) vibration inside your body.
There is a natural vibratory order within your body and when you feel good you are unified in your being
and this unity feels like harmony. Yet when this order is disturbed you feel fragmented rather than unified which results in not feeling good, or a lack of clarity or confusion etc.
Your natural vibrations are influenced by your mind’s perceptions and ideas. Basically, the focus of your mind will determine how your inner vibrations behave. If your focus is positive you naturally create positive frequency, enjoy good health and give off radiance (good vibes).
However, if your focus is placed on things that make you unhappy or make you worried then you have the potential of creating negative inner vibrations and may begin to
