Each phase elevates the level of self observation and insight gained. Each phase ends with a Balancing Act — a meditative exercise that calms the mind and reduces stress, which embodies the theme of the phase. This combination of information and self observation morphed into knowledge and experience by journaling and daily practice results in a life-changing shift in thought, perspective and life experience that results in a more fulfilling, balanced and joyful life.
