What is shocking about what I have to reveal about the identities of the beast and the image of the beast? What I have to share implicates the Christian Church, and so what I have to share no other Christian Church or denomination will ever share with you, lest they incriminate themselves. But, before we jump into the identities we need to understand it from the Scriptures it, so we must go back to the Book of Genesis.

The Story of Adam and Eve is the first human story in the Bible. It is also, perhaps, one of the most important and most prophetic of the stories. The Adam and Eve story highlights: God’s testing of people, Satan’s (or the serpent beast’s) deception, mankind’s rebellion, the results of that sin, our selfish human nature, the need for repentance and the condemnation that is the result of unrepentant sin. So this is not just a story that occurred in ancient history, this is a picture of what is going on in the world today – and it is key to understanding who the ‘beast’ is and who his ‘image’ is. The story had direct parallel for each of us today, even though we may not understand how that is, or see it, it is happening, and our story involves the beast and the image of the beast, as I will share in this book.

THE INTRODUCTION

When God placed Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, they were in paradise. Up to this point Adam and Eve never knew what it was to be in want, they had everything to live a happy and healthy life.  There was only one thing they didn’t have, and they didn’t even know they we missing it, until the serpent’s deceptive lie revealed it to them.

The goal of a commercial ad on television is to make us desire a product, whether we need it or not. The advertiser’s job is to convincing us that we somehow need their product and it will in somehow make our lives better, happier, easer, more fulfilled, etc.  Often we don’t even consider our needing that product until we see it in an ad, and if the advertisement was successful, then we say to ourselves, Yah, I could sure use that, it could make my life better, it could make me …..

The serpent beast could have been a professor at the University of Advertisements.  The serpent, with few false promises, and a leading question, offered Eve something she never thought of, something she didn’t need, and she bought it anyway, and at a huge price.

God didn’t tempt Adam and Eve to sin or rebel, but He allowed the serpent to come into the Garden to tempt them – as to test them.  Adam and Eve were deceived by the same deceptive lie which is still being presented to Christians today. 

The Garden of Eden, the serpent beast and his deceptive lie are ultimately all part of God’s testing for Adam and Eve. The Serpent’s lie tripped them up and caused them to fail God’s test.  And that’s the very same testing that YHVH God has for all people. And the serpent beast is working through the ‘beast’ and his ‘image’ to get us to trip up in the same way that Adam and Eve did.

But, being well armed with the knowledge of the testing and knowing nature of that deceptive lie, as I will share in this book, it will help us to know
