Book Intention and the

Journey of Peace and Purpose

The intention of this book is to help lay a solid foundation for my future generations by revisiting where I was at different points in my journey of peace and purpose. My hope is that future generations will allow my lessons learned and reflections to be a compass that navigates them throughout life in a way that helps them to quickly find inner peace and their purpose in life. This labor of love comes from a place of giving what I wish was given to me at an early age. I simply aim to guide and not direct, as my life is already in the process of being lived. One of many precious gifts any loved one can give to another is that of a clear path to peace and purpose.

Dear Me,

Breathe. Center yourself in the present moment. Be grateful. Keep moving with positive intention. Despite the many odds that were against us, over the past few years we have been doing the work that has readied us for what lies ahead. Work that will require consistent and conscious choices aligned with purpose. Work that may require more late nights, early mornings, flying into different time zones, going into unchartered territories, challenging the status quo, and so much more. Nothing can stop us if we maintain positive intentions, operate from a place of peace, and make decisions in alignment with honoring our purpose.
