Welcome. If it is 3am and you’ve found yourself tormented between tossing and turning or getting up and obsessing about how to get more sleep tomorrow, I acutely understand. This guide does not contain medical advice, but comes from my own experience of reviewing sleep studies, consulting with a variety of doctors, and trial and error of supplements and medicine.¹ The understanding of why humans and animals sleep is still nascent. I am not a professional therapist or physician. I am a globally enthused travel agent, and experienced digital marketer working with the largest corporate advertisers, with a Masters in Health Care Communication.
