Cfayla Johnson saved my life. I have always been a highly successful person in every endeavor I undertook. I have been a talented musician, an engineer, a scientist, and an investor. However, the stresses of being driven to achieve success in Los Angeles led to addictive behaviors. Ultimately, these behaviors began to negatively impact my health so badly that one day, my doctor called me into his office and told me death was imminent if I did not change my lifestyle.

Initially, I did not adopt the complete plan, but after a month or so, I realized the brilliance of what she was trying to do.
The key was what she called spiritual energy
and sacred sexuality. First, I needed a different mindset. This new mindset helped me realize that mind and body are one and I needed to conduct my new life with that in mind.
I also had to completely change my diet and realize that food was the fuel for the mind and body. For years, I had eaten too much of the wrong foods and did not exercise. I was anxiety-ridden, depressed, and my muscles had atrophied so much that I could barely walk. I was obese, out of breath and had no self-confidence. As a result, I was extremely unhappy.
Cfayla was tough and not willing to cut me a break. In fact, she herself did everything she was telling me to do. She really walked the talk. I stopped drinking alcohol, eating junk foods and sweets, and I ate the simple foods outlined in her book.
I developed more body strength as my mind calmed down, and I started to feel better. Within even the first few weeks, I realized my emotional condition had stabilized, my anxiety had been reduced, and my stamina had increased.
