PIAGET
In 1955 Jean Piaget created the International Center for Genetic Epistemology. The objective of the project was to create an interdisciplinary center in which numerous specialists come together around the same epistemological problem that is being formulated through the use as experimental control of the formation of notions in the growing human subject. Jean Piaget was a child psychologist known for his books on the formation of certain ideas in children. He hoped that the experience of this center would crown his research since he was a young man.
Emilia Ferreiro says that starting from the fact that there is a "philosopher Piaget" and a "psychologist Piaget" is false. Moreover, it is not understanding the deep UNITY OF YOUR PROJECT from him. PSYCHOLOGY WOULD BE THE BASIS FOR EPISTEMOLOGICAL THEORIZATION BUT THIS WOULD GUIDE THE FIRST ONE. In general it has been the perverse fact that Piaget's psychological investigations have overshadowed his most basic thinking about him.

The genesis of a great project
Piaget is a biologist by training who has philosophical concerns but who sees that there is in philosophy a satisfaction in speculative thought that is alien to his scientific spirit. His thought touches on one of the central themes of philosophy: the theory of knowledge.
Piaget was a child prodigy who wrote works on the natural sciences that made educated people believe that he was a university student. His interest was predominantly biological but a relative, when he was a young man he had Bergson read. This French philosopher strongly impressed him and he believed he found in him a way of reconciling faith and reason. In high school he frequents a logic teacher, Arnold Reymond, who encourages him to study and write. He will also conveniently criticize him and make him, in part, abandon his love for Bergson. Piaget studies logic, mathematical philosophy, and epistemology.
He finishes high school and
