When we lost our all hopes, affection, love and all feelings, then we can admit ourselves that we are not a normal human being, we are like a machine. Exactly, I am talking about perfect that kind of a machine, named Rohit. Rohit, really, he has lost his every feeling, he just spending his life with his 9:30 am to 7 pm job. A married person is spending his life his parents. Now, you are thinking, means? Right, last 5 years he is separated with his wife and his 8 years old son. But, if we take a rewind of 5 years back; he was a successful and a happy family person. That time he worked in real estate company, and earned a handsome salary, that he can maintain a happy family. He was very attentive for his family and their happiness. But destiny cannot be estimated, and everything is pre estimated. Certain, due to demonetization and some Govt. rule changes, entire market of real estate broken down, and Rohit lost his everything. Rohit’s wife was not ready to stay with his parents’ house, she had decided that she will stay in her parent’s house. She forced Rohit to stay with her, but he didn’t. So, that time, Govt. decision, not only broken down the real estate market, Rohit’s world also. After that, poverty, struggle, tension, made a huge distance with his wife. His mother in law had given full support to her daughter, and time to time this long distance has taken a shape of separation.
Rohit could destroy his life, but he couldn’t, because he cannot live without his son. His life, his heartbeat. Most of the time, he waked up for some bad dream about his son. And he knows, there is a huge cultural gap between his family and his wife’s family. Rohit, wants, what
he didn’t get in his life and career; he will give full effort to give everything to his son. Basically, he is carrying his son’s all expenses. May be, Rohit was impractical, he always found
unconditional love, but in today’s world Love can measure with the meter of money.
Rohit comes to meet with his son every Saturday and Sunday in the park, where his son plays. And after that he plays with his son, sometimes he spends time with some chips, chocolates, etc. Rohit waits a full week only for these 4 hours, two hours in each these two days. Then Monday comes, a new mechanical week starts with a long wait. His is alive, because he believes that his son stays in his heart and talk every day, stay with him in the form of heartbeat.
Today, Rohit is a machine, and work continuously, to work up to late night, he has no grievances, because he knows, no one is waiting for him in his house. And when his body and mind will seek relaxation, then he will meet with his son. That time he is the happiest person in this world, when he fulfilled his all unwanted demand and give reply all answers of meaningless questions. Today, he has no demand of romance, no physical desire, nothing. He is calm and quite from the outside, but from the inside his heart shouts every day, curse the God every time, why he is departed from his son? Sometimes, he cries, pray to God, please give me back me son, you have taken everything from me, maybe there is a reason, I will not argue, but if you want I will be alive, then please give my son back to me. His tears wet his pillow every night, after that his body gives reply, and he felt sleep.
Life is pathetic, tragic, unpredictable, but all we people run every day for some reason, with some hope. Every day, a new Sun comes, gives us some hope with some promises, and we fight for that. This is Rohit Chatterjee’s life.

Naima Roy, the only daughter of her parents. If you think, family culture depends on money, then I don’t know about your thinking, but if you think family culture depends on proper education, love, affection, sentiment then Naima’s family is thinking these are all wrong. They believe God exists because of money, and this is practical world, all love and affections are bull shit. She doesn’t ready to accept that what Rohit has done that was his duty, because he got marry her, and specially it was arranged. And, now it is Rohit’s duty, to give money to her and fulfill his duty.
Naima and her mother, fights with Rohit over the phone, accuse him and pray to God every day for Rohit’s death. Because, in their society, they are a controversial topic that their daughter stays with them without her husband, and they are the victim of lots of gossips. But, the funny things is that no one shows her that reality that her main place is Rohit’s house and main person is Rohit.
Naima, is not only her parent’s daughter today, now not only she is a wife, above all, she is a
mother. She is taking care of her son, but she knows that her son misses his father every day,
which she cannot tolerate. She always shows him the all bad side of his father, sometimes she
makes some wrong stories also, that she wants to remove Rohit’s memory from his mind. When her son is not ready to accept this thinks then she beats him brutally. Sometimes it happened that her son was badly injured due to her arrogancy, short temptress.
Naima’s father says that his daughter cannot tolerate lie, unwanted expenses and unwantedly lavish lifestyle. She wants to give proper education and guidance to her son, but she is short temptress, that is why, we cannot say anything to her. What a joke, every day a mother is showing and creating a bad and dirty image of his fathers in an 8-year-old child’s mind.
Now, Naima doesn’t want to stay with Rohit, but she wants that Rohit will do his duty, duty
means money. Naima, doesn’t want that She will give her son to his father, because today, her son
