Lisa Decosta, is a lawyer, who lives in a house with her only son Rocky. Lisa is now very busy with her new case of Girija Shankar Dubey and his family murder case. Girija Shankar was a big shot businessman in the city. Rajesh Dubey, his younger brother is accused for this murder. Lisa is fighting this case just against of Rajesh Dubey. But court couldn't give the proper punishment due to lack of evidence against Rajesh Dubey. So, court has given the instruction to the crime branch and the Mumbai Police to investigate the case in a proper manner and arrange some authentic evidence against Rajesh Dubey.
Lisa is a single mother and a promising lawyer, but she has an another identity, that she is a good painter. She exhibits her paintings in some art galleries also. So, one day she met with Yash in an exhibition of her painting, and Yash admired her painting and that first meeting they are both impressed with each other and time to time they become a good friend. One day, Lisa invites Yash to her house, when he comes then he met with her son and noticed a picture where Lisa and Rocky are with a decent man. Yash comes to know that guy is Robert, Lisa's good friend who stays in Goa and he is also a good painter.
Raj Khosla (Investigator of Chastisement 1) who is the investigating officer of Girija Shankar murder case. He is an intelligent and most dependable investing officer of his department. Through his investigation he comes to know that Rajesh has called so many times to a guy just before the murder of Girija, whose name is Uday Chauhan. Uday has a past criminal record, because he was from a gold mafia family. He and his brother Bikram Chauhan, worked together with their father. In between time Uday met with a girl, whose name is Rashmi, who was from a very poor family, although this poverty came due to her father. Her mother died when she was just 7 years old, and her father kept himself in alcohol, marijuana and with prostitutes. After some years, Rashmi's father tried to sell her daughter in prostitute quarter but Uday rescued Rashmi from her father and marry her. After some day, when Rashmi got pregnant then Uday's father decided that he will make the last gold smuggling deal which amount was very big, and after that he will leave this risky and illegal life, because who is coming through Rashmi, he or she will get a better life. But at the time of the deal, Bikram told his brother to stay with his wife, and he will go with his father for assistance. But, Bikram ditched, and after complete the deal he killed his father, because he didn't want that to leave this business, so he came back home and said to Uday that some informer had already passed the information regarding this deal, so their father has been dead by police shoot out, and police was looking for Uday, because in most of the deal, Uday stayed with their in smuggling. Bikram assured to his brother that he will take care of Uday's wife and his unborn child. Uday escaped and took the shelter in a city. But after someday, when Uday didn't get any information of his family, then he came back to his place, and came to know that Bikram has killed his wife along with the child. With the conspiracy of his own brother, it proved that he killed his father, wife and children due to money and power. But due improper of evidence, Uday got out from the jail, started a life in descent manner, but he is searching madly his brother for take the revenge.
