She bent over, lifted the barbell and pressed out another set of ten in the strict form her trainer insisted on.

Sweat ran down her back. She lowered the weight and dropped it the last few inches. It clanged loudly on the rubber matting.

‘What have I told you about holding it all the way down?’

‘Sorry boss.’

‘Damn right. Sorry boss won’t wash it this time. Ten, drop, now!’
