About this ebook

This is a composition of writings I've done while drinking. I found it to be easier to write down how I feel that way. Most of these writings are about love, some about hurt and death. The short story at the end was the hardest to write about. These are all personal feelings and thoughts.

mind is blank. My heart is numb. I try to feel but there’s nothing left in me.

Everything I do fades to nothing. Everyone I love gets lost in time. I feel my soul slipping into darkness. In a world so cold, I am alone. Words never come out right. Actions lead to pain. I’m feeling so dead inside... all I want is to feel alive.

Everything I do fades to nothing. Everyone I love gets lost in time. I feel my soul slipping into darkness. In a world so cold, I am alone. I’m ready to give in. I’m ready for it to end. Everything I’ve done has faded to nothing. Everyone I’ve loved has been lost to time. My soul is in darkness. I am alone in a world so cold.

I don’t know what it is about me that makes you go crazy. I don’t know what it is about my smile that gets you wild. I don’t know how you can get lost in my eyes. I do know what makes you say that you are mine. Because when I look in the mirror, all I see is an ordinary guy who’s lucky to have you by his side. Lucky to hold you close and kiss your lips. Lucky to be able to walk hand in hand. Lucky to be able to sit up and talk with you all night. I thank GOD for making me a lucky man. I don’t know what makes you think what you do or feel how you feel. I don’t know why you say the things you say, but it makes me smile every day.

I don’t know how I got so lucky...

N ow I say goodnight and farewell to all of my dreams.
