Silence Broken Through My Own Eyes - Sandy Joseph
PART 1
Thoughts
Sometimes I wonder about the thoughts in my head
Which makes me want to scream and shout
Because I know that no body cares,
I sit there and wonder why?
Why I am doing this?
Just to be or feel loved,
But I don’t see it at all.
The moon is full as I stare at the sky
Wondering when my turn will come
A turn to feel respected, loved, cherished and appreciated
Because see here I didn’t ask for much
But hope for a lot in return
For the things I do with no hesitation.
I respect you and myself as well
Because I don’t do foolish things that I will regret.
I turn the page but it’s all blank
Because the writings on the wall has faded.
The words are gone which had so much meaning
Of my thoughts which make me wonder,
Which would make me scream and shout
I cannot write anymore because there is no thought
No words to write
I have faded away just like the writings on my wall.
Just Words
A comforting word which makes someone see,
What you’re missing out
Especially with all of life’s
