It was Leap year in 1984 when my mother Laura Lee Cromwell gave birth to me, marking the date of March 1st as my birthday, and named my Sabrina J. Wiley. I was born and raised in Los Angeles California with my mother, my father Edward H. Wiley and the rest of my mother side (The Cromwell’s). We were a very close net family with lots of world troubles. My grandmother and grandfather had a very big family having 5 girls and 5 boys of their own, and 9 grandchildren. While I do come from a very big family, I’m the only one born of my mother, and the oldest born from my father. During my childhood I was brought up in what you call a single parent home, outside of our main home, my grandmother’s house. My grandmother’s house holds all my memories, tears, fears, hurts, pain, and my mother. This statement is true, ” no matter where you go in life, there’s nothing like home”. That’s how I felt about that house; it’s gone now, sold to the Boys and Girls Challenger’s Club in 2003. My mother was very sickly when I was growing up as she suffered from Sickle Cell Anemia, she was in and out of the hospital every month, but my everyday with her were the best days of my life. And those other days, I grew up very early. I had my first son at a very young age and a year in a half later I lost my mother. It wasn’t until I healed when I turned 21 that I realized God had loved me so much he had acutely carried me through each of my battles. Then later within the same year I started my education experiences at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. One of many experiences God blessed me with that I hold dear. Not only had that place become my education outlet, it help impact my growth and maturity. And outsiders I would grow to love just as my own family. Just like my childhood, my education was rough starting high school in a two year college, but I got through. My focus for the future rest in my family, education, Business, and Career, I will continue to write poetry because that is my passion. I love emotionally traveling through the hearts of others and allowing the world to hear the outcome.

Chapter 1
Real Feelings Poetry
This chapter is titled real feeling poetry because of the sharp truth they speak, words that people may never have the courage to say, but feel inside, feelings that some people feel, but never express
