About this ebook

This is a collection of work I had written during the lowest time in my life, my mid twenties. Though I was successful in business, I loved the way I looked, and I had an amazing support system, I still managed to find hope in the wrong situations and ended up hurting myself more. I filled my own head with romantic ideas and fantasies, and was very disappointed when reality hadn't played out the same way. This book includes suicide ideation, foul language, mentions of substance abuse, and a view into how the mind thinks under a cloud of anxiety and depression.

This book is dedicated to all the broken people.

    The people feeling alone,

    Feeling shattered to pieces,

Feeling like you’ll never see the light again.

Please take these words from my lowest point,

    Feel with them,

    Cry with them,

And then become better than them.

I was broken too for a long time,

I never thought I would smile again.

    But I was wrong.

I promise, if you hold on and keep hoping,

    You can become unbroken too.

Warning: This book contains subject matter related to Abuse, suicide, self harm, depression, mature
