      Preface

      This book was created to help those in need. To let people know, that someone has been there. Warning, the poems in this book can be graphic and detailed. My goal in writing this book, was to not only let go of my own experiences, but to reach out and hit home to those struggling. Remember, you are not alone, and you, just like me will get through whatever life throws at you.

      I will say that my poetry is in order from 2010, til now. I have collected all the poems I have wrote over the years, and lost quite a few in different moves. I have only managed to find a few. My warning to my readers are the first five poems are not that great. When I first started, I was emotional, and was going through my very first break-up. So please, be patient, and read til the end to see the success.
