About this ebook
Margaritë Camaj
In her movements, you can feel the love in her heart. And, in her eyes, you can see the resistance in her mind. She has Albanian roots, but she is the product of the "unprivileged" parts of New York City. She may have innocent-looking eyes, but they grew up seeing everything but what was pretty. She is usually the opposite of anything they can all think of, a walking contradiction. She goes against any false depiction. Writing from a deep-rooted love was the only way that she knew how to destroy their predictions.

They asked me why I was indecisive. I asked them how could I not be? I am careful with the smallest decisions in my life—down to how I drink my tea and where I choose to sit and enjoy it. I have learned that the smallest decisions have such a great impact on my life. Every single thing is connected. Every single thing I choose affects the way my next few seconds will be. And, every single second of my life has always had purpose. I live in a world, but I also have my own. I have learned that my world is created by my choices and my choices are what brought me here. Destiny and fate play a great role, but I like to believe that I do too.

Your existence is proof that the universe doesn’t give up on you. I believe that even when you leave, your soul remains. I have always found this to be a beautiful mystery. My hands have broken, over and over again, reaching out for something that was never there. You knew all along that you were giving me something greater. Thank you.

Thank you for teaching me that being alone is beautiful. Thank you for teaching me that my heart is my home before I allow strangers to enter inside and make a mess of it. You taught me to learn every part of my heart so I not only know how to use it to take care of myself, but others
