Spend the Day with God

It was only a few years ago, God shed his light on me. Anointed me
with the gift of writing poetry. He opened my eyes to understand
from the scripture that I read. A powerful message came down from
above and descended here on me. The grace of God bestowed on me,
the special gift that was given. Burns in my soul, lets the words flow
on this paper it is written. O may I thank him daily for what he has
given to me. May my heart yearn to do his will, to use this gift he
placed in me. To see the mighty hand of God, the creator of all things.
Who used a humble servant, made her a child of the king!

A Cold Winter’s Day

Here it is another day.

The sun is shining.

A light snow fell durring the night.

The air is crisp and cold.

The temperature will be dropping today.

Another cold front on the way.

I will remain inside and keep warm.

Being thankful I have all this.

Thank you lord I’m truly blessed.

Help me to reach out to other’s to see if they need me

Gratefull they in turn have asked if I had any needs.

Christians looking out for one another.

Lots of sisters and many brother’s.

Making this day a pleasent one.

Thank you Lord for each one.

A Day Spent With God

God who rules over all this world.

Let me it’s beauty see.

Appreciate all your creation that is in front of me.

Notice little things that other’s soon forget.

Realize the importance of each one.

This day is just beginning.

A cold wintry day ahead.

I have risen early from my bed.

To feed on your words that encourage me.

To go through this day in front of me.

As this day moves on let me check on sick friends.

Pray for their healing.

Thy will be done.

There is a lot that we can do.

When we spend time with thee.

Our outlook will be brighter.

We can truly see.

This day is an important one.

You have work for me to do.

When this day is through.

I will see the little things that matter to you.

Humbleness and love towards one another.

Prayer and praise throughout the day.

I thank you Lord for making me aware.

What is important to thee.

The day is not wasted spent with you.

The blessings will flo.

They are more than a few.

You supply all our needs more than we ask for.

You are always there to guide me through.

Thank you Lord for reminding me of all these things that I can do.

With you beside me to lead and guide me.

This day will be a blessing to you.

A Day Spent With Him

The sun is shining, a beautifull day ahead.

I have been in God’s word, took in what it said.

I wonder what you have planned for me today.

The people I will meet, the conversations I will hear.

Can I be a witness to them, will my mind be clear?

With you close beside me to lead and to guide me.

What will the outcome be?

At the end of the day will there be any blessings

of how this day was spent.?

When night falls and it is time for me to rest.

Will I know that I have done my best?

You remain in control as your plan for me unfolds.

My day is spent with you.

Thankyou Lord for loving me the way you do.

A Day With Him

To walk humbly with my God.

To do just what he wants me to do this day.

To praise his name and sing halleluyahs unto him.

To pray for others.

To read his word.

To gain knowledge and wisdom.

To know what to disern.

All this will make my day complete.

A day he has given for me to use.

When I lay down at night to sleep.

Let me remember all the good that was done.
