The Lord shall deliver me from the wicked one.

He will give rue strength to overcome.

In times of trouble he will always be there to encourage me in times of despair.

My trust in you Lord, my belief in thee has saved me for eternity.

When I leave this Earth to Heaven I’ll go.

To be with the Saints from here below.

This morning Lord I’m here in your word.

New discoveries I find each day.

You are teaching me wisdom as I walk along your way.

Your paths of righteousness I tread and notice little important things.

Then my soul lifts up in voice to sing, praises to you my Heavenly King!

The peaceful feeling that is in my soul, knowing Lord it is you who has full control.

Help me this day that I spend with you to say a kind word to someone new.

Some stranger you place along my path.

If they are sad, may I make them laugh.

May I bring them from the darkness into the light.

To see there is hope, no need for fright.

O thank you Lord that you’re here with me to teach me wisdom that I might see.

All this glory belongs to thee.

I am the vessel, the servant you use.

To share with someone the gospel news!

Our Hope Is In God

O, Lord, I am under stress, from my heart I ask you for rest.

Peace in my soul that you are in control.

You will absolve this trial and I will smile.

You will put a light in my eyes, you will take this burden from me and set me free.

Your timing is perfect, we with patience must wait.

Take a day at a time building our faith.

You Lord are full of mercy and love.

You have your Holy Spirit near by.

He is our comforter when we cry.

This stress will soon pass from me and my friends.

It seems we are all going through a rough time.

We must learn to lean on you all the while.

Help us to turn things over to you.

To let you help us to see the truth.

Help us to read your word everyday.

Teach us to see the importance of prayer.

Our faith will be stronger when we get through this trial.

Your mercy and love will take us many a mile.

Let us hope in you today, someone will be free, someone we love.

May he turn his thoughts to you above.

In this quiet moment I have spent with you.

My soul is at peace, I depend on you.

Jesus you are where our hope comes from.

Now let us wait until you come!

Our Pattern Of Living

In our Spiritual life as we draw nearer to God.

We put to death our sinful days.

Our selfishness and bad attitudes cannot survive, when we seek God’s way.

We reach for things which are above.

We leave the world behind.

The old pattern of living cannot survive.

We are new in our thinking of other’s this time.

We learn to love and share the Lord and change our way of living.

We reach out to our Sister’s and Brother’s, we are more loving and giving.

The closer you draw yourself to the Lord, you will leave this world behind.

Your relationship with the Master, my friend.

It has a beginning, there is no end.

When you leave this world behind, you will live in Heaven for an eternity sublime!

Lord lift us up to a higher plane.

Let our feet be planted, yes let us stand.

Where we can see your promised land.

This pattern of living with you as our guide, we are never alone, you are right beside.

We must follow you closely each and every day.

We thank you Lord for showing the way!

Call Her Blessed

A Mother who is virtuously blessed; her worth is far above rubies.

She will do her family good all the days of her life, evil will not enter in.

This is the kind of a woman that we all would like to become.

One who cares about other’s who shows their love and caring.

Who goes from day to day with an
