It was only a few years ago,
God shed his light on me.
Anointed me with the gift of
writing poetry. He opened
my eyes to understand
from the scripture that I
read. A powerful message
came down from above and
descended here on me. The
grace of God bestowed on
me, the special gift that was given. Burns in my soul, lets
the words flow on this paper it is written. O may I thank him
daily for what he has given to me. May my heart yearn to do
his will, to use this gift he placed in me. To see the mighty
hand of God, the creator of all things. Who used a humble
servant, made her a child of the King!

The Seed Of God’s Word

When the seed of God’s word is planted and is placed in his Holy ground.

The one who receives the seed hears his word, it is profound!

Not only does he hear it but understands it to.

You realize that this Holy God truly has blessed you.

Just look back for a moment, wow! is all that you can say!

It is amazing the lessons you have learned along the way.

He has closed many a door, but the windows were opened wide.

You breathed in the air and were thankful, look at what God supplied.

No worry or cares about tomorrow, today is all you need.

Hold onto the Savior; give him your trust indeed!

What a mighty God we serve, his power is ever at hand.

We need to do his will and obey his every command.

Oh the thirst of his knowledge, all his promises, his truth’s.

You wonder why did he use someone like me, but your heart is thrilled beyond belief.

Let me do more is what you cry.

For I see the work of his hands.

I praise your name, I thank you Lord that you would choose someone like me.

To spread your word like all these seeds and help other’s to understand.

Help them to hear and heed your word, let them begin today.

Time is going fast, every minute counts. For there are many that are lost.

The world around us is full of sin.

We who see it must get busy to win.

To win the victory for our King.

To spread the seeds on rich Holy ground.

To watch them grow take root and break.

Out of this Earth, God will give them a shake.

He is powerful, strong and mighty, full of mercy and grace.

I’m looking forward to the day when I shall see him face to face!

The Multitudes

There are many lost souls wandering about.

They are lost and in search of their needs.

Praise the Lord, Jesus cares, he is always aware, he will supply your every need.

Look to him, ask for his strength, his courage to make it through.

Keep your eyes on him, give him your trust, obey and follow through.

For there will come a time when you realize he is the one who cares.

He has a compassion for each one of us.

We are his children, his heirs.

When he showers you with blessings, when he fills your thirst with a river that overflows.

Then you will give compassion to those you see in need.

You will be concerned, you will learn to care, you will learn all this from him.

Jesus your Lord and Savior, oh to be more like him.

When you feel the warmth of his healing touch, the forgiving of your sins.

You will praise his name, give him all the glory, learn to live your life for him.

Each day you will look forward, he will be right by your side.

He will walk with you and talk with you, read his word there you will abide.

Remember there are multitudes who are in need of him.

There was a day not long ago when someone spoke to you.

Now you need to share with someone out there of what the Savior has done for you!
