Shelley A. Sonnenberg is a journalist, poet, artist, and motivational speaker. This is her first book. She has a bachelor of science degree in biblical literature from Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon, where she also studied journalism. Shelley struggled with obesity for thirty-two years before she created the weight-loss program described in No Salads Required! She successfully used this program to lose 159 pounds in fourteen months! She currently is maintaining her new figure in Tampa, Florida.
