    Bullying - Brenda Turner

    Chapter 1

    A Global Overview of Bullying

Someone clever once said there is nothing to fear except fear itself. If we could master the fear that overpowers us when it comes to bullying, we would have no problem ridding our lives of them. The Dictionary defines a bully as a person coercing others by fear; to persecute or oppress by force or threats. Bullies use fear tactics to control us, it is our own fears they target, so if we master our fears, we defeat the bullies.

There are only two main emotions in life, one is love, the other fear, every thing else is a subsidiary emotion stemming from these two. When it comes to bullies, we fear them in two areas only.

The first is that we fear our own emotions. We happily go out into the world where we may be hit by a car, run over by a bus or be shot by a drive by shooting, putting ourselves in danger every day without giving it a second thought, bruises heal right, so if you do get hurt, you can overcome it. However, when it comes to bullies, one mention of the word sends people into thoughts of fear, anger, hurt, some of us go into hiding, some of us are taking our own lives because we are so overwhelmed by the fear that has been instilled into our minds that bullies will control our lives with no end in sight. We are taught that bruises heal but emotional pain can last a lifetime, making us feel like the bully has control over us all the time, this is why we are so fearful of bullies, but in reality it is strictly our emotions we are fearful of.

The truth is, no one can control another person because we all have a soul, an inner being, whatever you describe your inner self as. This soul is made up of our self confidence, self worth, our ego, our love for ourselves, our values (morals), etc. Bullies like to think they can control us, but in reality, they have to control our soul to have complete control and that is something we never give over because it is impossible to give out. While it may seem like a bully has reached into your soul, truthfully, you still go about your daily chores, your daily business, doing things for yourself, the bully may get a few minutes of your attention on a given day, but that is it, nothing more, the rest of the day is yours, you own it, you control it.

The second is the fear of the unknown. We do not know much about bullies at all, we do not know what to expect, except pain, but, if we knew how to spot a bully before they strike, we could have defence mechanisms in place to stop it. Statistics of all types of bullying have tripled in the last 10 years, which tells me, we are under-educated on the entire subject. Everywhere I look there is education about what the victims are going through and how to deal with victims of bullying. Frankly, this is just aiding in educating the bullies on how to attack because they see how upset their abuse makes us, this does nothing to assist victims to stop it, nor teach them how to cope with the pain they are experiencing.

Throughout this book I have suggested some defence techniques, but as the bullies are reading this book to, you will have to customise a plan for your own personal use. I have also included many of our basic Laws and human rights throughout, but please remember, just because we know our rights doesn’t mean that we are going to be heard, so make sure you take extra notice of how to defend yourself. After putting up with bullies for just on 40 years now, I have come to realise that in most cases no one in authority will step in to help and when they do it usually ends in disaster for me because they are not intelligent enough to understand even the basic concept of bullying, in some cases they are bullies themselves. I had to learn how to defend and stop the bullies myself. I now share all the secrets with you. Let’s begin.

Bullies overwhelm us with the manipulative, vicious, dubious means that they inflict upon us for their own emotional gain. Bullies bully because it makes them feel better about themselves, it’s always about them and it’s always at our expense. They carry out psychological terrorism on an individual scale, wreaking havoc in our worlds, when all we want to do is create a better world for ourselves and those around us. The amount of pain they inflict is well over the value of what they want from us and they make us live with the shame of their lies. They hunt and target people like serial killers, picking on the easiest target, by the time the victim is aware of their overpowering abusive behaviour, it’s too late.

We would like to live in a world without bullying, however, that would mean a few Professional careers would no longer exist, ones that we, the little guy cannot afford to do without. I’m sure you can think of a few Professional careers that entail bullying, if not, you will soon read their job descriptions below.

For many decades the focus has been on the victims, how they cope, how they try to stop bullies, some of the ways you can be bullied, etc, as statistics will show, bullying has more than tripled in the last ten years across all fields, so obviously the focus needs to be shifted from the victims to the bullies, after all, bullies know how to carry out their dirty deeds, but where’s the education to stop a bully before they start? Most times, that education is toughen up, do you know what that means, most people don’t, it shows the lack of valuable education throughout the generations. I was told that as a child, many decades ago, my parents were told this and it is still used by parents today.

I want to shift the focus from the victims because all that has accomplished so far is educating the bullies on how the victim feels and which buttons to push to hurt them in that way. Instead, I want to shift the focus squarely onto the bully, to educate victims about bullying from the bully’s prospective, focusing on exactly what bullying is, who commits it, how you can spot a bully before they start targeting you and how you can empower yourself to make sure you are never bullied again, I will say a lot more than toughen up.

If you have the instruction manual for your car, you can fix it, of course, for the more technical issues, you would take it to your mechanic. It’s the same with bullying, if you have the instruction manual, you can fix it, for the more serious cases, you take it to an intervenor like the Police. The catch is, how do you know what the scale of seriousness is, all victims feel their matter is serious and the bully should rot in a jail cell for the rest of their lives, the Police on the other hand send a lot of victims out the door without giving them the help they need, why is that, haven’t they learnt by now that people who cannot get their help, take matters into their own hands. I am here to tell you the legal way and the best way to get rid of any bully in your life. There are hints and tips throughout this entire book, I advise you not to just read about the level of bully you are dealing with, read every page.

Bullies are people who feel they are not intelligent enough to meet their own expectations let alone that of societies. Instead of wasting so much energy on bullying others, if they applied those same skills to their own lives, they would be in positions of great power, what a waste. Instead of asking for help, bullies use violence, abuse and manipulation to get what they want, what they think they need to survive because this method is easier than working hard to get it themselves. In basic terms fake it until you make it, most of them don’t make it because they don’t have the skills or intelligence to get past their own psychological problems or their own delusions of grandeur. There are different levels of bullying but they all have one method in common, what is easy over what is right.

Bullies use fear to gain power over their victims, but, if you don’t fear the bully, they don’t succeed. The whole point of bullying is to stand over others to get that feeling of power, because the bully feels they are incapable of getting it themselves the honest way. If you can learn the techniques the bullies use then you have the secret to stopping bullies. You will be able to put measures in place to survive any confrontation or attack from any bully by having three things, 1. Knowledge that you are smarter than the bully; 2. Self defence techniques to counter both physical and psychological attacks and; 3. Controlling your emotions so that you don’t fear or feed the bully.

It would be nice to live in a blissful ignorance of bullying, but that is no longer possible in today’s society. The dynamics of bullying have changed so dramatically over the past 30 years that if society does not change, we’d all best be prepared for what is to come, that is, more aggressive styles of bullying and on a more frequent basis. What used to be a bit of power play in the school yard, has blown so far out of proportion to fight clubs, people committing suicide, tolerated and ignored corruption at the highest levels of society, one incidence of bullying can be all it takes to send a victim over the edge.

Bullies range in power status, from the schoolyard to the professional person, to the very top of the list, Governments. The one thing no bully likes is to go backwards in status, if you can show them you can reduce their status, you will not be a target. Any bully who uses you to gain status (power) has gained it under a lie, how long they keep that power depends on how much the victim (you) are willing to put up with. We can end their rein a lot quicker by outsmarting them before they get out of hand.

Power, such a small word considering the amount of damage inflicted upon a person because some mindless thug wants it, but as they do not have the intelligence or capability of getting it all by themselves, the levels of violence we are seeing are fast becoming so extreme that many thousands of people are losing their lives each year over that one small word. It’s on the nightly news in various countries around the world, power struggles here, power struggles there. When the innocent bystanders have had enough, they draw a line in the sand, breaking out into civil war.

If we all see it, the educated people see it, Governments see it, why is it that the problem is not getting better, it’s getting worse, in fact, in the last ten years it has tripled, to now being one in three people that are falling victim to it? After all, in every country around the world there are Laws already in place to deal with bullies, but, they are not acted upon, hence the reason for the rise in statistics. Enforcing the Law is what the Police are supposed to do as set out by the Legislators (the Government), as the statistics have risen so sharply, it just shows the Police are not doing their job and the Legislators are not forcing the issue with the Police, mostly because the Governments are not supplying enough resources, instead, they are shifting the focus of Police onto the likes of Terrorism, Inter Agency assistance with Drug Cartels, etc, the Police are already overwhelmed with crime in the suburbs. We, the victims, are left out in the cold, and all it is about is that little word power.

Governments are supposed to govern the people to keep them safe, run the countries for the betterment of all, create Laws that serve and protects society for good purposes and to supply its people with rights and freedoms to be able them to enjoy a quality of life. On the whole, this is what they did up until around thirty years ago, when they decided that in order for countries to prosper we had to change our values and traditions from being a civil society to their preference that we value the economy, we had to become materialistic to support the economy of our individual countries. The trouble is, the economy is driven by money, money means power, with power comes money. Some bullies are in a fight for survival, just to make it through each day because they do not have the skills or intellect to carry themselves, instead they have to take it from someone else. For these bullies however, this is a problem because victims are not prepared to hand it over.

In an already competitive world where we all go out to find a good education, a good job, a mate for reproduction, etc, we are now encouraged to value the almighty dollar - the economy. Governments changed the school curriculum based on the industrialised model over that of the individualism, at the same time the Australian Government introduced costs for a student to go to University. This just lumped every child into the same teachings for which they are not suited to (some now have to be medicated to cope with this system) which limited many children from getting that important University degree so they could get that better paying job. I agree with Sir Ken Robinson (Author/Educator), the system needs to change back towards individualism. Just an important point here, if we have to medicate our children just so that they can cope with the system, what’s wrong with the system?

We need bright people in the area of the Arts, Humanity, etc over that of Industrial because if Detroit in the United States is anything to go by, the Industrial Revolution of the 20th Century in the first world countries is just about over. Detroit was wholly based around the car manufacturing industry, when that car company closed its factory, the workers were laid off, the town died with no help from Government for the people stuck in the middle of it, who were all educated for the specific Industrial purpose. Australia is heading in the same direction with its car manufacturing moving to cheaper nations, the Government claims it needs to re-educate the people to find other jobs, why not do that in the first place because the ones that miss out will just turn to crime and thuggery to survive.

We are encouraged to get much higher levels of education, much higher performing jobs that will benefit the economy, etc but we are not supported to do that. The problem with this is, money breeds greed, people who become greedy become possessive, if they don’t have it and cannot get it, they will just take it from someone else. It’s a fight for survival because many people are just not that clever at getting that higher education, as such, they are doomed to fail, doomed to a low paying job, stuck in an expensive economy that they simply cannot afford. This is the basis of all bullying, fighting for survival in a world that the individual is not suited to, either by lack of education or bad psychological form.

This causes them to be angry at their own failures, adding to that anger, society tells them they cannot be a failure, so the frustrations build until they eventually go one of two ways, they will simply explode and take that anger out on someone else, or, they will learn very cunning manipulative ways of getting what they desire which usually leads to the word corruption. This behaviour is then past down to their children and the circle continues, but, with each generation they learn more devious and dangerous ways at hurting people to get what they want.

Bullying started at the dawn of time as a fight for survival for food and shelter, Governments have increased it dramatically by encouraging the Industrial System models throughout people’s lives to value the economy but when things don’t work for the individual, they don’t help pick up the pieces, they ignore the problem. This only leads to more and more bullying as a fight for survival for those who can’t keep up. It is still the Governments of the world’s long held dream to continue the industrial system (the G20 is one sign it is here to stay), so don’t expect any changes in Government, Laws, etc towards the view of rights and care for all anytime soon.

The world is changing however, but not from a Government perspective because they are adamant to stay in their worship of the almighty dollar. It is the people in the world that are changing towards caring about our environment from the damage caused by the industries, caring for the wildlife that is removed from its habitat because of industries and caring about Human Rights, fairness for ALL. The people are forcing the next revolution – The Humanitarian Revolution, Governments haven’t learnt to let go and go with the flow yet. This situation is a bit like a person trying to take a toy away from a bully, the bully will fight back harder and stronger to keep their way. We, the little people will be caught in the crossfire, we have to be prepared for the onslaught of more Humanitarian crisis’s and more bullying before things settle down, this means, we’d best learn how bullying and stand over tactics work so we can stand our ground to stay safe.

If this was not troublesome enough, Governments continue to interfere with the family unit in their efforts to control us little people which all began by interfering with the running of our households, our children, our lives. If the Laws are not confusing enough, Governments decided it was no longer appropriate to discipline children the way parents saw fit. In the early to mid 1990’s the Australian Government implemented Legislation to stop parents smacking their children, this came from the United Nations Covenant on the Rights of Children, well, that’s how they explained it to the parents anyway. Just recently, at the beginning of 2015 it was still being debated in the media to smack or not to smack, was it legal or not?

If after 20 years parents still don’t know, that’s when they have time because they are so busy working hard to value that economy, is it any wonder there are child gangs roaming the streets late at night, teenage girls running wild and now in Queensland, Australia they have boot camps as part of the Juvenile Criminal Justice System to try to teach the children discipline. It’s time the Governments got on with the job of proper governing and left the running of the household up to the parents and let the community get back to being civil in some format before it’s too late. So that you don’t think I am targeting Australia only here, this Protection of the child over the rights of everyone else is based upon the model implemented by the United Nations in 1990 for all countries who are signatory, it stems from the over abuse of children by adults who should have known better, for example, in Foster Care, in Institutions, etc. We are still seeing the inquiries running today over the abuses carried out in the lead up to the 1990’s.

The problem is, we’ve gone from one extreme to the other instead of a balanced approach, this stems from the fact that Governments are taking a strong staunch approach to no abuse of children with severe penalties for those who even think of doing it, but now parents are terrified of getting into trouble for disciplining their child because the smart child plays upon their rights. This gives way to another form of bully - no discipline leads to little monsters who take their abuse out on everyone else.

We will never go back to the way it was, but, that does not stop us from having pockets of civil communities that work towards spreading those traditions of good manners, discipline in the home, respect your elders, etc. Sociology research finalised in 2013 shows that as we have lost our way with regards to our traditions, many of us are now turning towards Fundamentalist religions to get the answers on how to cope and survive in our every day lives. While most religions are balanced with the ways of the world, there are some that are so far right wing they breed contempt for society which can lead to terrorism acts.

If that wasn’t enough of a red light, we are now starting to see Governments around the world trying to demonstrate to their citizens that they can control society in an oppressive way. While some countries are or have been at civil war, like Egypt, Syria, Thailand, Ukraine, etc, others carry out their oppressive controlling techniques in a more subtle way, just like Ultimate Bullies, but, even they can be punished for their outlandish behaviours.

Ultimate Bullies are not born overnight, they spend years learning and practicing their skills, but as you will read throughout this book, they are no different than the school yard bully or the Domestic Violator, they all use the same tactics and approach and reason for bullying. The difference being is that we, their potential victims, feel their overwhelming power and authority and feel that we are just not brave enough to stand up to them. This is a fallacy because in reality, by the time a person has made it to being an Ultimate Bully, they are an adult governed by the Laws of the land and they are no harder to stand up to than the school yard bully.

Take for example the United States of America, whom in October 2013, are stated in the media to have held the citizens of the country to ransom over a simple budgetary argument between one arm of the Government and the President. Public servants were not paid, services were shut down, every one suffered. This cost Americans 28 billion dollars, not the Government but the people. This suffering flowed to every other country in the world by way of the stock market, etc. You can be assured that every other country made certain the United States were aware of their unhappiness over this. Bullying costs and the price paid always outweighs what the bully was after in the first place.

As with the cost of Bullying, the cost of this Ultimate Bullying is far outweighing the benefit and if we as a society do not change, then we are doomed to allow this to continue beyond our capabilities are a taxpayer and as a citizen of the Human Race. It is up to us, the ordinary citizen to take the lead in stamping out bullying because it is not in any Government’s interest to do so, instead, Governments will become more oppressive, just like Bullying is more aggressive now than it was five years ago.

The best example of what I am saying is the State Government of Queensland, Australia which enforced a couple of Laws in 2013 that go well beyond the realms of Human Rights Abuses. They claimed they did not have to abide by Human Rights Covenants because they are not included into their Constitution, which suggests that all Governments of Australia can do what they like to their people and they are not accountable, or so they thought.

Their most famous pieces of Legislation relates to the Bikies, stemming from the United Nations Convention Against Corruption. The Queensland Government of the day decided they wanted to remove the Bikies from its State, to create a family safe State. Okay, this would have been fine except there was other Legislation introduced to the Parliament that was family friendly but rejected, contradictory to say the least. Then that same Government decided to give out more Casino Licences, that’s not family friendly. These anti Bikie Laws were designed to rid the State of them, or so they told the people, but in reality, they were a control tool for the authorities to abuse, isolate and humiliate the Bikies by forcing them to wear pink jump suits in prison, by forcing them to spend 99% of the day and night alone in solitary confinement in a prison cell, the list of abuses against the UDHR were lengthy.

These three words, abuse, isolate and humiliate, will sound familiar to all victims of bullies because it is what they all do, as I say, they all use the same tactics, so when you think you have no power to stop Ultimate Bullies, that they are far too frightening and superior to you, just remember, they are just like the school yard bully, using the same tactics. They are not clever enough to come up with new strategies as they mature through the levels of bullying. As we are talking about an entire Government (Political Party) sticking together as one Ultimate Bullying power, to think they are just schoolyard thugs, using the exact same tactics, makes them far less superior to the good people. Just remember this quick tip when you have to face an Ultimate Bully, it will assist you in gaining the upper hand.

Aside from the individual cost to victims, the overall cost of their oppression is into the billions, yes the people of Queensland had to pay for it, but, the cost spread to other countries as well. The anti Bikie Laws for example spread to the Harley Davidson Company, which is based in America, all because people were not brave enough to buy one of their motorcycles for fear the police would target them for being a Bikie. The fall out is very wide spread, but, that is the price we all pay and will continue to pay while we allow these bullies to take over our countries. Governments have far too much power over our lives, we vote them out each election, but, sometimes, as in Australia, the opposition party are similar, the never ending vicious circle.

Whilst this Government (Political Party), stood by each other in an Ultimate Bully Pack, they were bought down just as easy as the schoolyard bully and in the end, when they were spectacularly ousted out of Government by the voters, they were so humiliated, lost their leader and pretty much crawled back into their hole. This is what I mean when I say, turn the bullying back around onto the bully, there is always a way to do this, but with so little education about how to in society, it takes a long time to get Justice. We do have rights and we are supposed to be treated with respect, but unfortunately in today’s world, those rights are more often than not eroded away, it is up to every one of us to make sure they stay in place as they were put in place all those decades ago.

Again, so you don’t think I am just targeting Australia, or any of its States, this anti-Bikie approach is worldwide, Governments have over stepped the mark. In Queensland for example, they have made it Law that no more than 2 alleged Bikies can gather at any place at any one time, this they call Anti Association Laws, Governments around Australia tried and fail to introduce these Laws. However, if one goes back in time to the very first United Nations Charter, we have the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention of Civil and Political Rights stemmed out of this in the 1960’s, surely these should outweigh the newly created Legislation the Queensland Government have implemented, unfortunately not, because in Queensland there is no upper House or Senate to make sure the majority ruling party does the right thing by its citizens, they can pass any Law they like, irrespective of how abusive it is and it is very easy to stall off Court cases. This Political Party was ousted at the next election by the people because for their iron fisted rule, the incoming Government have promised to remove these Laws, Heaven help them if they don’t.

Sure, not every Bikie is a sweet and innocent person, but nothing gives a Government the right to abuse them when they do wrong. Something I want to point out very clearly, any citizen who supports the Government in this type of abuse of rights had better stop to do a self check because in society today there are so many people who are hell bent on revenge because of what was done to them, they become not just a vigilante, but a bully themselves because they have let their own emotions run rampant. We all have a role to play in this big world but if we all remember that regardless of what happens, equal and fair treatment that is reflective of our actions, instead of this all out war or revenge, or over punishing because it suits one lobby group, otherwise we only seek to create a more aggressive world where everyone is blaming everyone else and the lashing out upon each other becomes endless.

Now I ask you, are you really safe, do you have rights that are protected, do you think I’m just writing a book to sledge Governments, do you think I am full of it, well this should wake you up to the real world and why Bullying in all forms is so rampant. What Ultimate bully would not like the opportunity to be able to carry out their behaviour with the approval/backing of Government Laws? For example, these new Anti Bikie Anti Association Laws, it would only take one Police Officer to take it too far, to get a huge boost to the ego and decide to go further than just Bikies, well, as it so happens, this has occurred according to a news article stating that children as young as 10 and the homeless are being issued warnings under these new Laws, followed by an article stating that junior Police Officers are banned from laying any charges on alleged Bikies for just this reason:

    http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/nsw/state-governments-new-consorting-laws-have-seen-children-as-young-as-10-and-the-homeless-issued-warnings/story-fni0cx12-1226949434102?nk=bdc58a5d698a582815802d19f8212bcb

Sometimes there are Ultimate Bullies within the system that the Government are not aware of, sneaky, manipulative people who think nothing of abusing your rights for their own personal gain and then lie about it. They do get away with it because their word is more trusted than yours, remember, they are in that trusted position. So when Laws like these anti Bikie Laws come out, all of a sudden there are loads of Ultimate Bullies coming out of the wood work, then there’s a mad scramble to cover up their actions by saying they are just inexperienced, or did not understand the Laws properly, etc, etc. When power is offered to a person it is such a tempting moment to embrace it for what they see they will get out of it instead of what its true purpose is. The moment that make that choice they start to look for victims and any one of us are in the firing line. If we are not chosen as a victim, we still pay a price in some way.

Mostly it is through the absolute waste of the tax payer’s money all to make the Government look good in the media, take the following news story for example, hundreds of millions on prisons to house the alleged lawless people, but they forget to account for the other hundreds of millions of dollars spend getting them into that jail cell in the first place, then the tax payer funds to take them through the Court process. If the Government managed to get one Bikie convicted and sent to jail, just on the mandatory sentence alone the tax payer would be up for over half a million dollars – that’s just for one. I would like to point out that the mandatory sentencing is actually arbitrary imprisonment according to the United Nations Charters (breaching Human Rights), yet the Queensland Government still implemented it.

While you may think this does not apply to you and does not apply to Bullying, think again, we are all affected in one way or another. Bullying is all about manipulating you into thinking something is right when it is not so that the bully can gain an advantage over you, the moment another person does this to you, regardless of whom they are, they are abusing your rights. If you are not directly affected, the hype the Government whip up makes you so frightened of all Bikies, but as I say, not all of them are criminals or bad people, some just like riding a Bike.

You may think that you cannot be manipulated, in truth, we are manipulated on a daily basis, often by multiple people, it may not be obvious, but if you open your mind you will see it. When Governments manipulate us, as you have just seen, the costs are so high that your taxes are raised, you earn less, you get less resources spent on realistic things for your area and as you should have read in the news articles above, if the Police want to, they can include you in the abuse of powers, all they would have had to do in Queensland was allege you were an associate of a Bikie and you were treated as if you were. In the beginning when these Laws were implemented, all persons charged under them were immediately jailed and not supposed to be allowed Bail.

If multiple countries around the world were appalled at the atrocities against our fellow man way back in the 1940’s and combined forces to draw up the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), since then following through with more in-depth Covenants to protect our rights as Human Beings, they have not done a very good job at following through then have they? The idea is supposed to be an International common rule of Law that all countries live by. The very first Article of the UDHR states that we should all be treated with respect (that means not being bullied by others), yet here we are in 2015 with the highest statistics ever for bullying, in most areas of bullying it’s 1 in 3 people in the world are being bullied?

Laws are put in place to protect us and to protect our rights, there are multiple levels of Laws, Local, State, Federal and International. In all the years that I have been bullied, abused, beaten, tortured, etc, by others, not one Police Officer was prepared to bring anyone to Justice, either through laziness, or through lack of understanding of the Law or to protect their own, etc. It is great to know we have rights and to know that there are Laws to protect us, but they are useless in today’s society because there are just far too many Bullies to go after, the Police just do not have the time or resources and there are most definitely not enough prisons to house them. Yes we have Rights assigned to us by the United Nations under all those Covenants, but they too are useless, as you have read, some countries just don’t take any notice of them at all.

No Government, who are signed up to said Human Rights Charters is allowed to be oppressive to the point of abusing its citizens without there being a way for those citizens to be protected and compensated, otherwise it would just lead to more and more citizens being abused to the point of, well, being back in the Hitler days. The trouble is, the process a victim has to go through is so lengthy and is in itself abusive, that most people do not get compensated for the abuse. Even when a Court does order this compensation, the Governments can still keep playing the game and not pay the victim as was seen by a Victorian woman whom had to take her plight all the way to the United Nations. Pretty much folks, we are on our own so we’d best make sure we are educated to know how to protect ourselves and how to stay out of the sights of Bullies.

When it comes to Ultimate Bullies, they are just too hard to avoid, if they set their sights on you, all you can do is wear it, pray you survive and bring Justice down upon them afterwards. If the authorities, like say the Police, knew they could abuse the citizens for corrupt purposes with the Government protecting the aggressive Police, then they would abuse people on a regular basis. This is classed as Government sanctioned oppressive and abusive behaviours for the benefit of a Police Officer obtaining a personal gain, it truly is quite sickening how far they can go in their abusive techniques, including torture, all with the protection of the Government. There are protections for the citizens unfortunately however, every country will do its best to get out of it and even though that country fails its binding contractual obligations to the United Nations and the citizens of its country, they are happy to do so. Education is the only way to protect yourself.

I have faced a situation very similar to this, whereby my rights were abused to the point of torture, the Government has protected the abusers, their own employees and have tried every which way they can to shut me down by telling me it didn’t happen. This is the most common way all bullies try to cover up for their abusive behaviour because it not only embarrasses, but it exposes how bad bullies can be. Unfortunately Governments do have the foresight to realise that people are no longer taking this abuse lying down, when they finally have their story heard it actually embarrasses the Governments more because they knew about it, allowed it to happen and refused to help the poor victim, worldwide attention is focused on that Government instead of doing the right thing by the victim in the first place. You can turn it back around onto them, we are far superior to those bullies and their protectors, in my case, they have been so frightened they had to go to great lengths to protect themselves. Hilarious considering I am just a disabled person, really, think about how funny that sounds, people in high places are frightened of a disabled person. If they are frightened of me, any person can turn the tide on any bully.

All bullies are frightened like a small child is frightened of what’s under the bed in the dark of night. While you may think the Queensland Government was tough and brutish in picking on the Bikies, think again. While they were oppressing its citizens by bringing in all these abusive Laws against the Bikies, they locked the gates of the Parliament house because they were frightened of the repercussions of their actions. I believe it is written somewhere that once those gates are locked, shutting out the citizens of the State, no Legislation can be passed until those gates are unlocked. Good luck with that Queensland Government when the people find out you passed Legislation illegally and then oppressed not only your citizens, but many businesses around the world.

Throughout this book you will read a lot about the oppressive/bullying of the Queensland Government against its people, yes they were very arrogant, as was their counterpart in the State of Victoria, both of whom were ousted out of Government in a dramatic way during the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015. People don’t like being lied to, bullied or treated like idiots, the media are a great source of a lot of the daily news on what is happening in your area, but so too is your own Government’s website, it really isn’t that hard to see the abuse.

Now that these two Political parties have been thrown out of Government the media in Australia are focused on the Federal Government, whom I will add is also the same Political Party as the two that have been thrown out. Their ideal has been to hurt the poor to prop up the rich, they are totally out of touch with society and think nothing of lying, breaking promises and hurting the little guy to further their own ends. As much as these Governments want to give you the impression they are untouchable and that you cannot change the way they treat you, even during their term in Government, think again. Sure, you may be going up against Goliath, but if you are right and the Laws of your State/Country back you, fight and keep fighting, you will succeed, it may take time, but you will get there.

Basically, what I am trying to say is that you should never be frightened of any bully, big or small because they are more frightened of what you can do to them, they know you have the power, but they don’t know if you have the education to rebut and humiliate them. That’s where I come in, the old saying, the bigger they are, the harder they fall. No matter whom they are or what position in life they are in, they are all the same and have the same methods of abuse.

Most importantly of all, victims are not alone and now more than ever victims must speak up. I know that it is extremely embarrassing to be bullied, I also know that most children don’t want to tell their parents for fear that the parent may think the child is a weakling. In today’s society, parents have learnt the repercussions of bullies, they see it on the nightly news and most of them can empathise with what they see because it has happened to them. Children, your parents are not mind readers, nor can they see psychological pain, please, please tell you parents so that you can get the help and support you need.

Back in my youth, parents did not really have a grasp on what bullying was all about because in the good old days, we didn’t have Psychologists and the think tanks we have today. Parents grew up being bullied but had no idea what to do about it. After being told by my parents to toughen up, which by the way parents, is not helpful at all unless you finish the sentence, I had to learn how to stand my ground or I would have fallen and not got back up again. Sure, there were some dark times in my life, but after the last incidence of bullying, they don’t come much tougher than that, I’m still on top and that bully, well, let’s just say, a bigger bully than them now has them as their slave. Quite a funny story, but that will have to wait until the next book. The secret to defeating any bully at any time is simply do not fear, do not show any emotion at all, stand your ground, if you don’t care they don’t get a reaction they move onto someone else. The whole point of bullying is to get you to react, once they have that reaction, you’re their’s, so don’t react.

Easier said than done right, the trick is to know your enemy, know what is ahead of you, what to expect and know your options. Fear is simply an emotion, there is really nothing to fear except fear itself. If you know what to expect, you can assess the situation, put the right defence mechanisms in place and move on. The only way you can really achieve this is to know everything there is to know about bullying and to take yourself off to self defence classes, this will help build your resilience and self control which in turn will calm your fears. It does not matter if you never use the physical aspect of self defence, it’s the psychological benefits that far outweigh the physical and this will help you succeed more fluidly. The more you can reduce your fear towards zero the more chance you have of defeating bullies easily.

The long and short of it, if we do not learn how to deal with bullies, with society continuing in the same direction, we will all become asylum seekers. To demonstrate this, I live in a country that declares it’s against the likes of Torture, Domestic Violence, Corruption, etc, in fact they’ve even signed up to the United Nations Charters and Conventions declaring such (these are allegedly binding contracts), yet, according to the Law as it is written, I have been tortured by the authorities. My family have suffered from extreme corruption, false persecutions, torture, etc and the most shocking of all, even though I am disabled (physical only), not one person in this country is willing to stand up for me, I’ve had to do it all by myself. You may feel the odds are against you, you may even feel like it’s all too much, but, for a disabled person to outsmart Ultimate Bullies and come out smiling, then if I can win, so can you, all by knowing 2 things: 1. no one can control you and; 2. You have nothing to fear except fear itself. You truly are stronger than you think.

I may be disabled, I may have a lot of limitations on my ability to live life the way I want to, I suffer each and every day from the ails of my body, but, I refuse to allow another person to cause further pain in my life, I will defend my home and my family to the hilt. It is my right, even though it is also my right to have others help me, it seems that when it comes to those in authority, they won’t lift a finger to remove themselves of the scourge that plagues them when it comes to corruption against the disabled. Shameful, but it is true, their excuse, the disabled cannot testify against the likes of people in authority because they do not make reliable witnesses, they forget that this rule of thumb is only for the intellectually disabled. Reality is, they are too embarrassed and would much rather see this covered up. You just know I won’t let that happen. Only weak bullies pick on the disabled, but when a person of such trust and authority carries out despicable acts, with no one to stand up for the disabled, it demonstrates that we are at breaking point in society.

Even if society changes tomorrow, goes back to a civilised manner of living, we still have the scourge that plagues us, they all cannot be arrested because there is no where to house them all, so it is up to us to brave the war and stand up for ourselves. There are Laws already in place to arrest these bullies but they are not acted upon because the system that is supposed to implement them is a bully itself and has difficulty in recognising bullying when it happens to you. We will talk more about this later. The only way we can win is to arm ourselves with as much intelligence in the ways of bullying just like one army would gather intelligence on another before going to war.

Sharing information, speaking out and gathering good Intel is the best weapon in your arsenal readying you for combat. At some point in our lives we will be bullied, perhaps only once, perhaps on a continual basis, but if we can improve our methods of dealing with bullies, we will stand tall and win every time.

I have faced some brutal people in my time, I’ve had to learn the hard way how to deal with these sorts of people, I won every battle, using the same methods each and every time and I’m still smiling. There’s one thing the bully wants and that is power, they think they get that power by being in total control of their victim, they forget that golden rule, we each have our own will (soul) and that cannot be controlled. The last person who tried to control a member of my household had a Law Degree and a Bachelor of Psychology, that did not get them very far, in fact, that person has lost a very prospective career because I turned the tables on them, that person will most likely never hold a position of prestige again, what a waste. No bully is above you, sometimes you may have to put in a bit of extra effort to turn the tables and rid your life of certain types of bullies, but, you will always win because you cannot be controlled and it’s as simple as that.

If we all know what bullies do and how they do it, they will have to find other ways to get the power they so desperately cleave to and considering they are not that intelligent to start with, it will take a great deal of time to figure that out. Bullying methods have not evolved that much, but our ways of dealing with it has, we’re not coping as well as we used to, that is obvious by the statistics. I make it my mission to expose their secrets, all of their secrets because they know all there is to know about us, it is so widely publicised around the world, this gives them the intelligence they need to know what buttons to push and how hard. It’s time to stop educating them and educate ourselves on their dirty tricks.

I will share with you all of the intelligence I have gathered over the last 40 years, but I strongly recommend you attend the physical self defence classes as that is beyond the boundaries of this book. There are so many different levels of bullies ranging in all areas of life, but there is one sure way to stop the lot of them, real repercussions for their actions. Until the authorities see that light, we have to do this ourselves by turning the tables, I pass on my experience and wisdom to all victims. I will try to keep this book in simple terms, please, if there is something you do not understand, ask your parents or a trusted friend, it is important you understand the true nature of where you stand and what you are up against.

Bullying is war, plain and simple, it is terrorism on an individual scale that is exploding beyond the realms of
