SOMETHING ABOUT THE AUTHOR Learnus Ross is a 38 year old Chicago native with a Bachelors Degree from Chicago State University. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in History. He served in the United States Navy and received a Honorable Discharge on October 1, 1992. Mr. Ross has had a variety of jobs, such as United Parcel Service, sales, retail and telemarketing. He also became a member of Beta Phi Pi Fraternity which specializes in social events and community service. And it was in college where Mr. Ross founded and started establishing himself as a business entrepreneur. Writing poetry was an outlet for expression says Mr. Ross. And after years of hard work and persistence, Mr. Ross created “ POETRY IS A WAY OF LIFE (ALL WALKS OF LIFE)”. Today with a wife and a family of five daughters, Mr. Ross still writes frequently and loves to attend different writing conferences and poetry conventions.
