Why am I writing another exercise book?

Why am I writing another exercise book?

As I mentioned earlier, I am not a super star expert, in fact I am an animator, artist, and author, and I do a lot of things, and I am never bored. I grew up in a Chinese Brady Bunch family, I was the youngest of five. My Mother says in Chinese that my butt never sits still in a chair, my butt was not made to sit still. She rattles this off in our dialect, and it sounds so much better when she says it, and my older sister always said I am so hyper. They are right, so ever since I can remember, my parents signed me up for something, and everything, and I laugh now and think no wonder I do so much stuff, and I can blame it on my parents, I really don't remember my older siblings being in half of what I did.

Just in my childhood I remember tap dance, ballet, Kung Fu, Chinese class, piano classes, guitar classes, swimming, diving, life guard, surfing (but on a floating device), Chinese brush painting, brownies, you get the drift right? I was never bored.

Throughout my older years I played Badminton, and Volleyball in high school, and did extremely well learning proper technique and seeing the results and also surfing became my passion, and somehow I landed in the fitness industry, I became a Spinning Instructor, and then a personal private trainer.

Throughout the years I continued to learn and be intrigued by the science, and helping others. Helping others has always been in my nature, when I was little I knew what it felt like to be left out of activities, all of my siblings were older, and they played with me but really didn't have too much time, so I played alone a lot. I found ways to explore, and learn, and solitude making art, and coloring a lot by myself. I became an animator.

As an animator, I was fascinated with the way the character, and body moved in space, called kinematics. I became a successful animator working on several cartoons, Dora the Explorer, Oswald the Octopus, Catdog, Generator Rex, and Regular Show, just to name a few. I also had a clothing line before landing my first job as as animation, that was extremely successful. I laugh now and say well I am successful because I am Asian, and people chuckle.

Athletics, and training has been a huge factor in my success. This is what I teach all my clients. I truly believe that this has contributed tremendously to my success in life, and ha somehow kept me striving for the best, and I mean only the best. If you are reading this I hope you can learn from what I have to say so you too can be the best. Athletics and Exercise has been a huge passion of mine my whole life.

I am writing this book to enjoy and remind myself of what an amazing career I have had and to share the knowledge. They used to have an orientation to exercise, someone would train a first timer, or someone coming back to the gym, and it was a one hour class. I taught this class for 4 years after my cycling class. I was always so amazed how people have never exercised, or they really truly did not know what to do and how to
