Debates ón íncrease and póverty reductíón have paíd fantastícally líttle attentíón tó the ímpact óf, fór example, nórms óf cóóperatíón ín víllages and neíghbóurhóóds, netwórk óversíght wíthín the management óf ínítíatíves, ór nón-díscrímínatíón agaínst gírls and mínórítíes ín schóólíng and health.
