His professional path has included chief development officer roles in healthcare and human services, and a senior consulting role. He has taught many classes to professionals and volunteers, written numerous articles, and mentored many newcomers. He is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, has a BA in communications, and an MBA. Born in Baltimore, he currently resides in the Pine Barrens of South Jersey with his beautiful wife and daughters. He is a terrible pianist, a frustrated guitarist, and no slouch behind the drums; speaks bad German, quietly cheers for the Orioles, and still hasn’t gotten over the Colts’ move to Indianapolis.view less
