INGREDIENTS (MAKES 6 FAT BOMBS)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup butter or clarified butter, softened at room temperature (55 g)
2 tablespoons paleo mayonnaise (30 g) (you can make your own)
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt or to taste
4 large slices of bacon (120 g)
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 190 ° c (ventilated) or 210 ° c (conventional). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the bacon strips on the parchment paper, leaving space, so they don't overlap. Put the pan in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. The thickness of the bacon slices determines the amount of time required. Dip each egg in and out of the boiling water with a spoon or your hand, being careful not to burn yourself. Since the temperature change will be less dramatic, the egg will be less likely to crack. It takes about 10 minutes to boil the eggs. This timing works for large eggs. When you're done, take it off the heat and put it in a container filled with cold water.
