    Shrimp and melon skewer with Espelette pepper

    For 10 skewers you will need:

    1/5 melon;

    10 cooked shrimp;

    1 small pinch of Espelette pepper;

    10 skewers.

    RECIPE:

    Shell the prawns and set aside in the fridge;

    Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds;

    Scoop out melon balls with a spoon;

    Place a shrimp and a melon ball on each skewer.

    Sprinkle everything with Espelette pepper.
