CHAPTER 1:
The M.O.V.E. Weight Loss and Fitness Program
"An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion." - Sir Isaac Newton
We all need a little push or kick-start to get things going.
You have to push yourself to do 10 times what you think you can’t do, this will improve your will power and psychologically help you to do more than you can ever imagine for weight losss, even if you fall short you will at minimum do 2 times what you thought you can’t do and see results 2 times faster.
That is why I designed the M.O.V.E.™ fitness and weight loss program which will help you to create momentum in achieving your worthy goals of weight loss and/or improving on your fitness and health. An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion.
Those are the words of Isaac Newton addressing the First Law of Physics. You are the object he’s talking about being in motion or at rest, whichever the case may be.
