Chinese civilization is one of the oldest of humanity. It contains oral traditions passed down between generations for millennia. It is no secret to anyone that the Chinese look younger than they are, it seems that they are eternally young and this is something that many people in the West envy. There are many hypotheses as to why they look so rejuvenated. Some studies show that genetics are responsible for this, but other studies also conclude that it is due to lifestyle. In this chapter you will learn what they do to be able to see themselves so well.
They invest in Korean face masks, women constantly spend money on beauty. This mask contains film-forming ingredients, which create layers, act on the skin and produce a positive effect. It keeps the face of Chinese women clean and beautiful.

The Chinese are not very fond of sugar, they prefer to put ginger in their food. Healthy eating delays the consequences of aging. Keep this in mind.
The oxide from the cells can be cleared, and this is by decreasing the consumption of sugar. The Chinese hardly consume it. They prefer spicy or salty foods. That is why ginger is never lacking, nor is black sesame, foods that are beneficial against free radicals.
Another way to stay young is to be careful with the sun's rays, they take special care of their face, they put layers of bases, protectors and blockers on the skin. They use sunscreen with 50% protection daily. Before, to maintain the beauty of Chinese women, they would grind pearls and spread them on the face. This powder worked as a cell regenerator, and increased the skin's resistance to external aggressive agents.
They also seek to take care of stress and cold. The other enemy of the skin is the cold. That is why they only drink hot water. They do not drink frozen things because they say that its consumption can alter the balance of the body and cause diseases. They eat food at least 36 degrees Celsius.

Having a firm meal schedule has been shown to help regulate circadian cycles and help you sleep better. This serves to improve longevity and quality of life.
