About this ebook
DO YOU WANT A LIFE FULL OF HAPPINESS? IT MAY SEEM SOMETHING COMPLICATED ... BUT THE KEY IS PRECISELY IN EVERYTHING THE OPPOSITE: SIMPLICITY
We live immersed in a general saturation that surrounds us without realizing it and that takes over our life, moving us away from what is essential and what really makes us happy. Every time we want more and more, we fill the home with possessions that we do not even use, and we allow worries, fears and negative thoughts to collapse our minds as well. It is the result of the capitalist lifestyle to which we are subjected, which forces us to spend our time and energy frantically on things that we do not even consider if we need to.
The solution to all this chaos is simplicity. Free ourselves from everything we do not need, from what does nothing more than hinder our access to happiness, hiding it. When we discard from our life what we do not want or need, it is when we really let go of it, we want it and we find ourselves again. We must let go of everything that occupies our life without our permission to focus on what really makes us happy.
And although the foundation is simple, getting it can be difficult. It is not easy to get rid of everything around us. Nobody has taught us to live in simplicity. In this book you will find the necessary keys to apply simplicity to your life and see how it is eliminating all your worries to fill your day-to-day with joy and well-being. In this work you will know how ...
- Tidy up your house and keep it clean over time with ease.

To Live with Simplicity - Kenjiro Ishikawa
Introduction
Living simply is one of the most important steps you can take in life.
Having a simple life does not mean living like a poor person, nor does it mean that you have just a bed of little value and a newspaper as a pillow. What I mean is learning to live with what is essential, with what you really need.
We spend our lives chasing possessions, whether to buy a television, the newest car or the mobile that just launched.
You buy things you don't need and you pursue goals you don't need now, that adds to a life full of chaos, where you stress about having and having. Where you accumulate.
El Caos, Desorden, Un Desastre, Cosas, ApartamentoI bet that now you go to your closet or anywhere in the house and there are many things that you never use, that have been abandoned for more than six months.
You live in chaos, full of what you don't need, you don't live simply.
If you want to learn how to find true happiness, you must know that the little things are worth more than all the money in the world.
You have to learn to live an existence with minimalism, for this you have to read this book.
In a long series of tips I will take you to discover the happiness of small things, to understand the life of minimalism and to be a renewed and new being. Be welcome to the first day of your happy new life.
Part one: order your life, the way to simplicity
We live in a day to day where we are full of things that do not serve us, we are saturated with information, with content that only entertains us.
Without going any further, we spend hours with a mobile phone in hand, scrolling and seeing memes, jokes, scandals on duty, information that we do not need and all this is something that saturates our body, mind and fills us with things that we don't need.
When we think of living simply, we imagine a monk dressed in orange in a temple, on a mountain peak, meditating and with nothing but nature.
Hierba, Acostado, Descanso, Relajante, Hombre, NiñoSo we believe that this is not for us, that it belongs only to an exclusive group of people who have another lifestyle.
But you should know that within your daily life, little by little you can include this in your life and that if you are judicious you can implement a change in habits towards a simple life.
Let's see in this first part how to lead you to a life full of the essentials and work to orient yourself to minimalism.
Organize the spaces
Learn to organize spaces at home, at work, wherever you are, because this helps you optimize and live better. Here's a key requirement: use and maintain what is really essential, what you like, what you really need.
There are great advantages to doing this and that is that you save money, time and productivity.
Ordenador Portátil, Lugar De Trabajo, Mesa, TecnologíaIdentify the things you need, and then discard the rest, by doing this you will see the open spaces to have a better fluidity.
Think about that which brings you joy, which makes you live moments of happiness, which fills you with light, have by your side what connects with you and you will be able to relate to the environment.
Organize things with adhesive hooks, you put them in the study, in the closet, on the walls, in the bathroom, in the cleaning room.
The idea is that you find solutions in your environment to organize yourself. Usually the problem is not that you have few places to put things, but that you have many things to store.
When you start to order, keep in mind that later you can extract them without problem when you need them. If only one thing is not organized, everything looks disorganized. So you can take space out of the house.
Fotos de stock gratuitas de adentro, apartamento, asientoFor example, in the kitchen you can put the adhesive hooks behind the doors and there you put the rags, spatulas, gloves, lids.
In the bathroom you can do the same, put under the sink, install some drawers and label things. This is how you organize toothpaste, soaps, razors and other bathroom utensils.
In this way, organizing is easy, put a little imagination and apply it in every area you are in on a daily basis.
Sleep the hours that correspond to your age
An organized life is characterized by living with an order for everything, even sleeping. When we don't sleep well, we wake up tired, the day is less productive and we also have complications in the long run, because the mind does not process information well.
Our mind never rests. When you go to sleep, she begins to take all the information that you worked on during the day and processes it, organizes each event into giant files, the happy memories to your site, the sad ones too, what you learned, what is useless. nothing, and so it
