Great general ideas. Not too in-depth. But good practice for those who are just starting out

There are a few topics very interesting, smart, and a few effective good inner work, practices and so. It helps to improve our lives.

However, I didn't like or agreed with most of the low vibration mindset, sounded negative and sort of limiting beliefs, almost like - preventing ourselves to live luxury, limitlessly... Remaining small. Means, hey prevent yourself to buy, to live nice and in abundance, accept what you already have and don't dare yourself to buy, and once upon a time, when you absurdly dare to buy something, wait and ask yourself ten thousand-fold if you need the item, don't buy after a decade and when you do just do it here and there but live minimally (which means - lacking and only desiring, multimillion-dollar life? Forget about that. You don't need anything at all anyway)

I don't know, but this is the feeling that I got reading some major parts, while there it was also some good tips to write down.

But overall, I didn't like it. That's just my opinion and try yourself and see if you like it. Some may or not, this is too personal.

The technique is equal to OSHO. I found it a good read. Though the writing style needs improving. An example: 'A lot' may be a commonly misused phrase in speech but used in a book as often as in this book, it is off putting.

We live in a world where stress is as common. We work to the point of extreme exhaustion. Everyone is just too rushed, hurried, and stressed. We alleviate our stress by using coping mechanisms that could potentially harm us – shopping for more stuff, binge eating, and engaging in time-wasting activities such as playing video games or even gossiping. We fill our lives with needless activities, relationships, and clutter. This makes us lose sense of who we really are and what’s important to us.

This is the reason why the Japanese people have developed a lifestyle that strips away the inessential things in their lives. It’s called minimalism.

Japan is one of the most visited countries in the world and it is does not disappoint. It is a fascinating country with marvelous blossoming trees, stunning sights, and unforgettable spots. The whole country is clean and clutter-free. You won’t see plastic wrappers on the street. But, what’s most fascinating about Japan is its people and how they live their lives. Japanese homes are extremely peaceful, organized, and beautifully simple. These homes do not have all those fancy décor and furniture that you’d find in European homes.

Japanese people also live a simple life. This is quite a surprise as Japan is, no doubt, the most economically advanced country in Asia. More and more Japanese people are joining the minimalist movement. They are beginning to discover and appreciate the value of owning fewer material things.

The minimalist lifestyle is grounded on the concept that Less is more. It is the process of living with only a few material possessions. The minimalist lifestyle also encourages you to eliminate all the distracting excess in your life. This simple yet powerful lifestyle is the ultimate solution to the common problems in this stressful modern world – debt, poverty, stress, clutter, depression, materialism, and distractions.

This book contains everything that you need to know about minimalism. In this book, you’ll learn:

How minimalism can help you clear your mind, get rid of physical clutter, increase your happiness, and improve your life
