It’s Not a Game

A prophecy untold, the winner survives

Survival of the fittest, it’s not a game

Life.

It is not about the cars, the bank accounts, the lines of credit

Glory.

Struggles between red and blue.

Peace.

The birth of the young, the soldiers

Joy.

Bond between two, only gender lines crossed

Love.

Bond between masses, diversity united, not divided

Unity.

Inquisitive minds band together to unify a race of one

Understanding.

Putting yourself in another person’s shoes before you walk around in your own

Belief.

To believe in yourself determines if you can even win the game.

Respect.

If you give your opponent respect, the leverage may be to your advantage.

Advantage.

Strategies, you need them to conquer and gain ground

The one who would proudly cook you your favorite meal

The woman whose trust you have in will never expire

I want to be the woman that you are proud to stand beside

The woman who is always down for the ride

I want to be that woman that in her eyes you see forever

The woman who is smart, cunning, witty and clever

I want to be that woman that makes you laugh when you are down

The one that will not sleep with everyone around town

I want to be that woman to whom you are physically attracted

The woman whose knowledge will make you feel impacted
