About this ebook

You hold in your hands a piece of a puzzle far grander than you could ever know. For scrawled in blood upon the pages are stories twisted twenty in all, soaked in the embers of my insanity. Five minutes to glimpse inside the eyes of someone new, five minutes to answer, five minutes to sin, five minutes to do almost anything. A god, a demon, a harlot, a whore. A fascist, a killer, a sinner, a door. Death and division, humanity askew. A belfry of bats, a sea of black cats, so many moments out there to see, so many things you could see with me. So take a seat beside me and call it voodoo, because now you ride with me too...

    The Stories

    This One Is An Outie

You sit outside the veil and judge us, treat us like we’re retards or something worse, Henry says with a grimace across his face.

I never meant to offend. I-I-I, I was worried for my family. I-I-I, I didn’t know w-what you wanted.

We wanted to fucken help you, you stupid idiot. But you went and started playing silly buggers like all you foolish city folk do. Then to make matters worse you killed my boys, and my dear departed mother for a second time. Now, instead of you and your stuck-up family continuing down that road to wherever the hell you were off to, your all going into the seeding machine to become something greater, Henry says with a toothless smile.

P-P-Please, m-my children. T-They’re y-young, k-kids. P-P-Please, let them go. he stammers, tears running down his face.

You know it’s too late for anything like that, don’t you? I mean, he says, as he bends down and lifts a pale lifeless corpse of a child into his view.

O-OH GOD NO! P-P-PLEASE! NOT TOBY! P-PLEASE, he bellows, tears streaming down his face. WHY! WHY! he screams at Henry, who smiles in response.

An eye for an eye. A family, for a family.

THEY WERE INNOCENT CHILDREN! THEY DIDN’T DO ANYTHING WRONG! THEY WERE KIDS!

Own it Kevin, and stop blaming others for your misgivings. YOU killed my boys, so I killed YOURS. You took MY mother, I took YOURS. You did everything wrong, and those around you, those that loved you, they’ve paid the costs for your misdeeds.

He stares at his son’s body, and then up at Henry, his eyes filled with unadulterated hate. W-W-What about m-me? W-W-What a-a-are you going to d-do with m-me?

Henry smiles broadly. I’m going to set yer deeds right, or at least try, he says as he pulls a dirty sheet down revealing the twisted remains of Henry’s kin laid out on three tables before them.

W-W-What the fuck are you talking about?

I’m talking about the seed, the life giver. I’m talking about you giving back what you have taken, and in kind I’ll give back what I’ve taken from you.

Kevin stares in bewilderment at the bodies laid before him, and as he stares, he begins to notice things he failed to see moments before. Each of Henry’s children as well as his mother, have tubes running from various points in their body, and the tubes run into a large still like apparatus that contains a greenish ooze. He looks back at Henry and his gaze is met with one of affirmation.

    H-H-How?

Henry laughs loudly, There ain’t man, woman, or whatever else someone might associate themselves to be outside of this here family knows that answer boy, and I ain’t about to change it for you. All you need to know is that those tubes are the outies, he says pointing to the tubes sticking out of his family. And these are the innies, he adds with an evil smile upon his face, as he holds up several syringe-like objects that are connected to tubes that go back to the still.

    W-W-Where are the-they going?

Henry smiles wider, let’s not play the fool Kevin, this is what got us both here in the first place, he says with a wild chuckle.

    No Words

I don’t ask for the sake of hearing my own voice, I ask because it needs to be done. Now, are we on the same page, or do I need to teach you more lessons in this? Philip says, his eyes wild and wide.

Stephen bites down upon his already bloody lip and nods his head quickly.

Good, that makes my heart happy, and my cock hard! boasts Philip proudly. "Sadly we don’t have time for that right now, but rest assured when we are done, I will let you taste my life-giving elixir, and you will feel
