    Ketogenic Bread

    Total Cooking Time: 55 mins

    Ingredients

    7 eggs

    1/2 cup butter, melted

    2 tablespoons coconut oil

    2 cups almond flour

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Collection a loaf pan with parchment paper.

    Step 2

    Defeat eggs in a bowl using a power mixer about high until frothy, one to two minutes. Add butter and coconut essential oil; continue defeating until smooth. Blend almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt into egg combination until dough is usually well mixed and incredibly solid; transfer to the ready loaf pan.

    Step 3

    Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted in the guts comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

    2 cups blanched almond flour

    1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
