    CHAPTER ONE

    CONQUERING HAPPINESS

    How to conquer happiness in 5 steps

    Not so easy to have a very unpleasant life , very bad , very uninteresting, a life where one is very unhappy, alone, depressed, dissatisfied; a life where one feels well stuck, and where one does not see what could change; a life so bleak and so hard that one wonders what it is to live it...

    To achieve this feat, there are at least 5 attitudes that you must avoid at all costs. If by some carelessness you happened to indulge in one of the following dangers, or worse several, your life would be irreparably transformed.

    Do you realize that then you could be close to happiness, it would be the end of your life of?

    So that you can keep your life as it is, and continue to feel very unhappy and worthless, without further ado I give you the 5 ingredients to avoid at all costs to put in your life.

    1. Responsibility and choice

    This is what it means to think that in your life there are several options and that it is you who decide the paths to take.

    It is much safer to miss your life to think that you have no choice, that you are subject to the decisions and behaviors of others: your boss, your spouse, your banker and that you can in no way if change your situation because it is the fault of others!

    You do not have to change, continuing to think and do what you have always done, well you will always keep your life unhappy.

    If by chance , you try to see things from a different angle , if you start to think that it is your fears that keep you in this life rotten, and that you have the definite possibility to evolve, to transform yourself, to choose 11 , to consider other options... THEN...

    2. Love

    Oh but there is enough of this swear word that everyone in the mouth. We cannot live without love, and what else? Of course, we can live without love! It is even an excellent solution to feel null, exclude, rejected, shabby, incapable, unworthy and so on...

    It is true that loving someone or something could really brighten your life, you might even think that you are of value, that you are a good person.

    And that would be the worst of all!

    You could come to love yourself, and there it is the cat ... If you start to love yourself, even a little, it is cooked from home, you are heading for the precipice of happiness!

    And I speak to you from experience, I who for a long time have been a victim of disenchantment, oh how I swam in despair, shame, resentment, jealousy, only of the misfortune in which I wallowed myself to tears' length;

    Well imagine that one day, I do not know why, I told myself that finally I was not that bad! I started to appreciate nature, to find beauty in all things and in all people, I sought pleasure in the smallest corner. As a result, my life changed radically: I started to make lots of decisions that made me happier and enthusiastic.

    Today I think I can say that I find myself almost perfect, even when I make mistakes, it is to tell you how serious my case is, even desperate, never again could I be unhappy like before!

    So, take my word for it, above all keep on judging yourself, and judge yourself as bad as possible, keep on hating what surrounds you and you will never fall as I did in the precipice of happiness which will only make you lead to more joy. What a catastrophe! Success, satisfaction, forever in your life!

    3. The pleasure

    This is what gives us joy, satisfaction, a pleasant feeling of 12 satisfaction. You realize that seeking or accepting the slightest bit of pleasure would lead you to a more satisfying life.

    So above all, do not look at beautiful things, rather turn your gaze to what is ugly, to what worries and scares you; Do not try to see the positive side of a situation or a person, and especially do nothing that could give you pleasure, on the contrary, do all the things that you

    displease and complain about it, grumble. If you accidentally let yourself go and do something nice, then sabotage the moment:

    ∙  For example if you accepted despite my warnings to make love, well do not fix your attention on your pleasure and on the love which unites you with your lover at that time, but rather think to your bead on your stomach, or to the last cowardice that you made the one or the one that you have under your duvet, or to the trauma of the past concerning your sexuality ... So you have a good chance of not experiencing pleasure

    ∙  Or if you wanted to have a job in accordance with your wishes, then listen to all your fears, the friends who will tell you that it is unconsciousness, think again about all your failures and those from others and especially put aside those who encourage and support you, do not think that it could work and you succeed.

    You have now fully understood how you can sabotage your well-being to stay in your life of dissatisfied.

    4. Humor and laughter

    When I think that there is someone who laughs all the time, in any circumstances, as if there is something to be happy about! Fortunately (if I dare say), this is certainly not your case!

    It is very dangerous to laugh. Scientific studies have shown that laughter and even a small smile instantly makes you happy. You can see the power of such ridiculous facial expression! So, whatever the cost, make a face. In addition, if you smile, others could come to you! Run for your life!

    And humor, just as formidable, because it triggers laughter on the one hand and makes you sympathetic on the other. It allows fantasy to enter your life, and your dreary life would inevitably turn into a happy life. What a tile!

    5. Curiosity
