    The 5-day diet provides very quick results. It gives people a quick start on their diet, but it is more of a motivational tool than anything else.

    This is a restrictive diet because it is only 5 days long.

    1. When you rise in the morning, wait no longer than 30 minutes and eat a starchy food like eggs or toast.
