    I found the information included to be contradictory to that of all of the other books and articles I’ve read when researching the MIND diet; additionally it is very thin on details about the diet itself, and the 7-day meal plan, while following the /these/ guidelines, doesn’t align with the recommendations I’ve learned about through other reading.

    For example, red meat is included as an approved food in this book whereas every other MIND diet resource lists it at the top of the foods to avoid list.

    I wouldn’t recommend this book to someone looking to learn more about the MIND diet. There are others that will serve you better and leave you with a solid understanding of what the diet is and how it works. This one will just muddle the message.
