    Introduction: Why?

    My name is Tonea. You can call me Nea, or Toni. I respond to anything, really. I am 15 years old, going on 16 in July and I am a sophomore in high school. I just got home from a whole day of holding back tears in most of my classes. Not just because math and history is that bad, but because…well, I actually don’t know. Sometimes I just wake up with these moods, and I just don’t want to be here at all. Guess it is just a typical part of this ‘depression’ thing my doctor keeps telling me about. I guess that’s where my writing comes from as well. The only time I sit here and write in my journal is when I’m trying to figure things out or when I just need to get anything I have inside out.
