It Is Never Too Late to Call Upon God

About this ebook
Quite often we view domestic violence only from the physical standpoint, ignoring that it goes beyond just the physical. Fear overtakes us as we sometimes find ourselves compromising our self-worth for our mates, to the point that we lose sight of everything else or even worse, our lives. When we allow people, drugs, alcohol, or any other outlet to become our safe haven, as time passes, those things also become deadly to our health.
Most people wait until they’re in a tight position to call out to God. Some try to work things out on their own, disregarding the fact that God’s timing is not like ours. Often there are people who believe in God, but become weary due to the uncertainty of it all.
My Sisters and Brothers, stand firm and trust that God is the answer, regardless of how things look and what things may feel like. No one deserves to be misused and abused.
We cannot continue questioning whether or not our abusers love us, because love is a gift from God. Love does not cause you to feel any type of pain. Today, it does not matter what you are going through, just remember:

Her goal in life is to walk in her heavenly calling as we all work and pray together to help bring an end to domestic violence.
