Syed Mazhar Uddin Taj was destined for a career in business, gaining a Master of Business Administration (Accounts & Finance) in 2005, a Diploma in Media Studies in 2007, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies in 2008. Taj also worked in Various Television Channels on different positions as a Transmission Controller, Head of the Technical Department, Producer, Head of Transmission Department and Directed many Live and recorded shows in the United Kingdom. However, it was his passion for spirituality and complementary therapies from a young age that led him to develop his hobby into a career. Coming from a respectable, spiritual family, Taj trained in various alternative therapies achieving internationally recognised qualifications as a Master and Trainer in Usui and Kundalni Reiki, Numerology, Astrology, Reflexology and Massage Therapy. Graduate in Mind Sciences and also completed an advanced level of Mind Sciences, he is also qualified in Alternative and Complementary Therapies from NCFE and practiced Karuna Reiki, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy to help others.     Introduction

    It is my greatest honor that you chose to purchase this book. It is, in many ways, the culmination of a great many confluences in my life. I had spent much of the 2000's getting a formal education. I received my M.B.A. in Accounts and Finance from Preston University, a diploma in Media Studies from the London College of Accountancy & Technology, and received my post-graduate diploma in Management Studies. I was pretty certain that I would have a life in business, yet a passion for spirituality prevented me from taking the full plunge into that world.

    I used my business knowledge to lay the foundation of the Universal Centre For Mind Sciences and Alternative Therapies Ltd, UK. My attempts to marry the two passions of my life proved successful, and very soon I found myself innovating many other techniques. I started Universal Healing System, Wonder Massage Therapy and Kinetic Mind to name just a few. I had the great privilege to train thousands of people around the world. My passion to teach knew no bounds; I started teaching groups, mentoring one-on-one, using social media and making television and radio appearances.

    The teaching, the operation of my techniques and the past formal education I had received all combined to aid me in getting many national and internationally recognized qualifications. I am qualified in Alternative and Complementary Therapies from NCFE. I am a Master and Trainer of two forms of Reiki. I have helped myself and many others as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy practitioner among many other things. I have qualified as a Master and Trainer in Numerology, Astrology, Reflexology and Massage Therapy. I have also completed studies in Advance level of Mind Sciences and I prefer to be remembered as a Mind Scientist.

    I wrote this book because I wanted to give people a way to privately solve some of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual problems. This book includes some of the common guided meditation themes that I deal with and see people deal with. You can read through the entire book or simply go to the topic that appeals to you and start reading. These guided meditations are best taken in aurally so I would advise that you record and play them for yourself or if you are holding a small workshop you can record it for them. In this way, you will realize the maximum benefits from the exercises. They are intended to be recorded and listened to daily for either 21 or 42 days in a row. The power of these words starts to alter your actions at a subconscious level but the benefits soon become evident.

    I am sure that accurate and persistent practice of the guided mediations will enhance your wellbeing and bring positivity in your life. It will balance all your energies eventually making you feel relaxed calm, optimistic and complete. All the best!

    Rejuvenating Sleep

    Precaution: This guided meditation is intended to be used before you go to bed. You can play it in bed and go directly to sleep for maximum benefits. It is inadvisable that you operate heavy machinery after listening to this guided meditation.

    Please find a quiet spot to lie down. As you lay down, make sure that your clothes are not too tight. Now close your eyes and breathe deeply.

    Notice the way that your chest rises and falls with each breath. Inhale slowly and feel the air fill your lungs. Exhale slowly and feel the air rush past your nose. Inhale slowly and fill your lungs. Exhale slowly and empty your lungs.

    Inhale slowly and take in your day. Exhale slowly and forget your day. Inhale slowly and notice tension. Exhale slowly and forget tension. Continue to breathe. With each breath, feel deeper into your lungs.

    Allow for twenty seconds to a minute of silent breathing.

    Breathe in and observe your toes. As you exhale, notice the air passing through your nose. Breathe in and observe your feet. As you exhale, notice the air passing through your nose, Breathe in and observe your calves. As you exhale, notice the air passing through your nose. Breathe in and observe your legs. As you exhale, notice the air passing through your nose. Breathe in to your belly. As you exhale, notice the air passing through your nose.

    Breathe in your beautiful, slow, deep rhythm.

    Allow for one to three minutes of silent breathing.

    Notice your chest rising and falling. As you inhale, imagine your body expanding. As you exhale, imagine your body contracting. Inflate your body. Deflate your body. Inflate your body. Deflate your body. Feel the breath coming in and inflating you. Feel the breath going out and deflating you. Rising and falling. Rising and falling.

    Rise into twice your size. Fall into half your size. Rise into thrice your size. Fall into a third of your size. Rise into five times your size. Fall into a fifth of your size. Rise into ten times your size. Fall into a tenth of your size. Rise greater. Fall greater. Rise greater. Fall greater.

    Allow for one to three minutes of silent breathing.

    Rise into the infinite. Fall into the infinitesimal. Rise into the infinite. Fall into the infinitesimal. Rise into the infinite. Fall into the infinitesimal. Leave your wise natural rhythm to its beat. Rest into this field of rejuvenation.

    Please be seated in an undisturbed location. Lean back in your chair and rest your head. Gently place your hands on the arm rests or in your lap. Close your eyes. Think about three goals you want to achieve.

    Give thirty seconds.

    Now loosen focus of your goals. Bring attention to both of your legs. Feel the texture of the fabric against them. Feel the temperature of your environment with them. Feel the vitality flowing through them.

    Contract your feet. Relax your feet.

    Contract your calves. Relax your calves.

    Contract your thighs. Relax your thighs.
