    Flaxseed meal ¼ cup

    Almond flour ¾ cup

    Poppy seeds2 tablespoons

    Erythitol1/3 cup

    Heavy cream¼ cup

    Salted butter ¼ cup

    Eggs 3 large

    Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

    Lemon zest 2 lemons

    Lemon juice 3 tablespoons

    Stevia 25 drops

    Directions:

    Take a bowl and combine flaxseed meal, almond flour, poppy seeds, and erythitol. Add heavy cream, and eggs to make a smooth mixture. Add vanilla, baking powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, and stevia.  Divide the mixture into 12 molds of cupcakes and bake them in a pre-heated oven at a temperature of 350F. Bake for 20 minutes until the cupcakes are browned. Take out the molds and let cool. Slice before serving.

    Lunch- Mexican dip

    Yields :2

    Preparation time : 20 minutes

    Total time :40 minutes

    Ingredients for guac:

    Pitted, peeled, ripe avocados 2

    Lime juice 1 tablespoon

    Fresh cilantro ¼ cup

    Chopped White onion ¼ cup

    Cherry tomatoes 6

    Minced garlic 1 teaspoon

    Sea salt ½ teaspoon

    Ingredients for beef:

    Ground beef 2 pounds

    Water ½ cup

    Taco seasoning ¼ cup

    Organic sour cream 2 cups

    Shredded lettuce 2 cups

    Cheddar cheese 2 cups

    Cayenne pepper as per taste

    Directions:

    Take a bowl to combine avocado, cilantro, lime juice, onion, garlic, tomato, and salt. Refrigerate while you prepare beef. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium flame to crumble it. Add water, stir it, and then add taco seasoning. Simmer the heat and cook for ten minutes. Take out the beef into bowls and top them with sour cream. Add guacamole from the refrigerator, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and drizzle cayenne pepper. Serve.

    Dinner – Cheeseburger Bacon Waffles

    Yields:3-4

    Total time :40 min

    Ingredients (for waffles):

    Cheddar cheese 1.5 ounce

    Eggs 2 large

    Cauliflower crumbles cauliflower
