    What makes your life meaningful? What makes your life successful? You may already know the answer if you like me trying to be free and happy. If you don’t know it yet, the answer is almost obvious – habits.

    Through habits, you can become a furious unstoppable powerful machine. Trough habits you can gain knowledge to take you to the next level of your development. Through habits, you can protect yourself from negativity. Through habits, you can build strength.

    So right now, you may think to yourself: how it can be related to cold shower procedure?

    Simple!

    Cold shower - is just one of those many habits that can help you tremendously in your journey of life.

    Out there on the internet, you can find many blog posts about benefits of a cold shower. Some will tell you that it is good; some will tell you that it is bad; some will say that nothing happened.

    All this theoretical knowledge about cold shower immersion, often related to testosterone production; weight loss and muscle recovery.

    Problem with that information is a lack of honesty or lack of details. On one hand you will hear about many benefits that you will receive, on the other hand, you will hear this - I’ve tried it, it was nice without any detail.

    The list goes on and on, every author copying sentences about a cold shower, from another guy, who even hadn’t tried it yet.

    Hey, this can get you confused easily! I got confused and scared about this cold water to your body thing. I thought to myself that I literally die in my bathroom from heart-attack or something like this. I thought that I won’t ever tolerate shock of cold water sensation. I thought that I will become ill and then die after a heart attack while being ill! I thought I will freeze my balls and will have overall huge health problems.

    Now I take cold showers, every single day. You read it right. Every single day!

    (actually, English is my second language, so maybe you read it wrong)

    Every time I step out of the bathroom after cold shower:

    I feel good. I feel like I’ve already achieved something, that feeling leaves you wanting to achieve more in your new day.

    I feel readiness for my day. I feel that I’m ready to conquer new challenges

    I feel power. Right after I finished my cold shower procedure, I feel like a Hulk. My muscles are just begging to be flexed.

    I feel energy. Even if you got some serious workout or cardio training minutes before, your fatigue will go away after a cold shower.

    I feel calmness and happiness at the same time. I feel that shock after cold is going away and even though my body still cool and hard. My mind is relaxed and focused at the same time; you just don’t want to worry. I left worries before the cold water immersion.

    I feel that nothing can stop me. I see people around me, who scared to death of coldness. I see people around me who scared of challenges, and I’ve already beat down my own fears first thing in the morning.

    People around you will notice your good-looking skin, your focused thoughts and they will ask you how you solved the problem about stubborn fat around the waistline.

    Yeah! It is that good, but at the same time it is a never-ending challenge, and that’s the price, and that’s why you will feel like a champion every time.

    I’ve been doing this cold shower thing, for almost whole summer, and even now I keep doing it. I guess the thing is in the endorphins that released after cold shock, you feel good, and you want it every day.

    I live in Siberia, and this is already a rather cold place to live. All my favorite weather conditions whisper me softly to take a hot bath or something because it is -2 degrees Celsius outside! (28 degrees Fahrenheit).

    You know, I don’t want it anymore! I don’t want a hot bath because cold shower in the morning prepares you for coldness outside. You feel good not only about yourself but about weather and the world around you.

    In this book, I will guide you through all those fears and doubts about taking a cold shower. I will guide you both mentally and physically! I will show you every detail on how to start your habit of taking a cold shower safely, without bullshit and with fun.

    In the next chapters, I’ll start with a little backstory of using cold water and why Russians are crazy. I’ll tell
