1.Kutabona imihango mu gihe usanzwe uyiboneramo: Hari impamvu nyinshi zishobora gutuma utabona imihango mu gihe wateganyaga. Zimwe muri izo mpamvu ni

-gusiba kunywa imiti iringaniza imbyaro, n'izindi.
N'ubwo izi ari zimwe mu mpamvu zishobora gutuma utabona imihango, akenshi ni byiza no gutekereza ko waba warasamye mu gihe utabonye imihango.
2.Ubworohe cyangwa Uburibwe bw'Amabere:Iyo umugore akimara gusama akenshi amabere aroroha kandi akamubabaza nk'igisebe.
3.Kugira Isesemi: Abagore benshi bakunze kugira isesemi nyuma yo gusama. Nubona utangiye kugira isesemi nta mpamvu mu gitondo cyangwa mu kindi gice cy'umunsi uzakeke ko waba wasamye.
4. Kumva Umunaniro:Abagore benshi bumva umunaniro nyuma yo gusama no mu gihe cyose batwite. Ni ikimenyetso cyo gusama kuko umubiri uba uhinduye gahunda. Nubwo intege zishobora kwiyongera mu gihembwe cya gatatu cyo gutwita, mu minsi ya mbere rwose umugore aba ananiwe ku buryo bugaragara
5.Kunyaragura:Mu minsi ya mbere yo gusama nyababyeyi yiyongera ubunini, amazi akaba menshi mu mubiri mu gihe umubiri urimo kwitegura ikura ry'umwana muri wo. 8.Gucika umugongo: Nubwo abagore benshi bakunze gucika umugongo igihe gito mbere y'imihango, umugore ukimara gusama ashobora kumva aribwa n'umugongo bidakira. Umuti ni ukwikanda.
9.Kuribwa n'Umutwe:Abagore benshi nyuma yo gusama bumva bariwe n'umutwe kbera imihindukire mu misemburo y'umubiri. Ariko iyo umutwe ukurya wafata n'imiti yo kukorohereza ntihagire igihinduka, hari ubwo biba biterwa n'uko waba wasamye.
10.Gushyuha k'Umubiri:Akenshi k'umugore ukimara gusama usanga afite ubushyuhe bw'umubiri buri hejuru.
