This book includes short stories about the author's blind father and the experiences she has gone through. Her father is a successful, accomplished Chiropractor who didn't let his blindness stop him from achieving his goals. Life lessons are sometimes learned when we least expect it and can come from unexpected sources. In My Eyes tackles a question the author was once asked as a child, “What is it like to have a blind father?” She gives the reader her perspective on this, adding a bit of humor. Rebecca Drennan

Rebecca Drennan grew up in Santa Clarita, CA and currently resides in El Paso, TX. Following one of her life-long passions, she has written several short stories and works of poetry. Many of her writing is geared around some of her own life experiences, including the aftermath of domestic violence and also some fun-filled memories from her childhood. Some of her work has been published in Chrysalis literary and arts magazine. The first poem she ever wrote, My Storm, won Honorary Mention in the 2009 edition of the Chrysalis. In her free time from Nursing school, Ms. Drennan focuses on creating new work to share with her readers.
