About this ebook
Edgar and Adrian often drank at O'Malley's. Adrian loved anything Irish - pubs, whiskey, and the ladies with fiery red hair and fair skin. He could charm the knickers off any that dared enter O'Malley's. His latest was Kate, the most beautiful Edgar had ever seen. Edgar was pleased to learn that not only did she prefer him, but that she had a desire to be an amputee. If only life were that simple.

Author, wife, lover, and amputee. I have been missing my left leg for years. Growing up I felt that it should not be there, and it is has been a blessing to have it gone. Today's term for this condition is BIID and in the past simply referred to as being a 'wannabe'. I am a full-time crutch user. Like my husband, I find amputees fascinating. 'Devotee' is the frequently used term. My stories have characters that mirror my life in some manner - wanted/needed to be an amputee or want to live with an amputee. I make no apology for my descriptions of these people and there is no intent to take away from the suffering of some amputees. I love feedback on the stories, but I cannot promise to reply.

Irish, Sabrina Ruiz, Surgeon - Peggy Buxton
Chapter 1 - Prologue
Edgar Griffin watched the girl walking with crutches, her left leg appeared to be completely missing, at least the pants leg was folded around the hip as it if were. He was fifteen, and she was about twelve. He was in love for the first time.
That was nearly ten years ago. He never met the girl, but his passion for ladies like her still raged. A picture collection became his closest connection to them. A mixture of free and ones he had purchased totaled nearly 50,000 images. They were organized by type of amputation - left leg, right leg, left arm, multiple limbs, etc. He used keywords to add other information such as age, race, and weight. There was even a method of rating a picture. He could create a slideshow of just older, black, chubby ladies missing the left arm at the shoulder.
Edgar would cruise malls, downtown streets, even the wrong side of the tracks looking for any amputee he might happen to see. It did not matter the appearance, age, or even what they were missing. He just wanted to know a real amputee. There were false alarms galore, and a few he was unsure if they were wearing a prosthesis or just limped. After months of searching, he was starting to believe there were no amputees in Rosemont, a town of nearly a million on the outskirts of Northwood.
Chapter 2 - O’Malley’s
Adrian Ortiz was Edgar’s friend. Some would say a best friend. They had met at O’Malley’s Irish Pub in Rosemont. Adrian was not Irish, but loved redheaded women, and he loved Irish whiskey, especially the Bushmills 21 year old single malt when he had the money, but almost any brand claiming to come from Ireland would do. In the winter, he would wear cable knit or fisherman’s ribbed sweaters and wool trinity caps to add an Irish flair. He had the gift of gab and could charm a lady out her knickers with little effort.
The past few nights Adrian had spent time with Kate Butler, a lass with a fresh appearance of someone barely old enough to be in a bar. Most thought her far too young for someone nearly forty. She spoke with an Irish accent, and had fiery red hair, blue eyes that would melt most men, and lips that begged to be kissed. What else did Adrian need to fall for Kate?
Where’s your girl?
Kate said to Edgar as she saddled her lovely hips onto the barstool between him and Adrian. Her blouse was unbuttoned sufficiently to see the inner curves of perfect breasts and deep inside the blouse. It was the first time he had met Kate, but had heard everything about her.
She vanished.
He grinned.
Ah, ghostly girlfriends can be hard to hold onto.
She chuckled. Any special features that grab you?
She sipped the whiskey, chuckled. Adrian wouldn’t have noticed me if I were a blonde.
She kissed his lips. Would you?
Nope.
He grinned.
Tall, or short?
she said.
How could he say missing a leg? Yes.
He laughed.
Slender, or chubby?
Tall and willowy can be nice.
"Willowy as in flat chested?"
"They don’t have to be big to be interesting. What do you do with double-D’s?"
God if I know.
She laughed, ran both hands over her smallish breasts. She laughed again. She sipped her whiskey. White, black, Asian...what race grabs you by the balls?
He had heard she spoke freely without reservation. Breathing.
He laughed.
Hmm, not picky, huh?
She chuckled. How long since the last girl?
Might be easier to say what decade.
Oh, my. What do you do about it...I hope you relieve yourself?
She grinned. Do you need a hand?
She rubbed his upper thigh.
Adrian sipped his drink and listened without concern for the direction that the conversation was going. Adrian grinned. Go for it, he shrugged, I don’t mind.
Kate’s hand reached the top of the thigh and rubbed over the crotch of the trousers. Massive,
she whispered, still lightly rubbing. Did he tell you I sometimes like two men at a time? I can be a serious nympho.
Her hand remained as she glanced at Adrian. Right, darling?
Adrian held the glass just off the bar. She lasts much longer than I can.
He finished the drink and ordered another round.
I don’t want to mess things up between you two.
You won’t,
Adrian said, then sipped the new drink. He looked around and found a near duplicate to Kate. Most every lady at O’Malley’s looked like her.
We just met. If it doesn’t work, there are others for him.
She continued to rub, looking at Adrian. Let’s finish this round then go home...the three of us.
Edgar was excited, but he had no idea what the arrangement might be. He assumed it involved two men enjoying one woman, and not two men enjoying each other. Who goes first?
She leaned over and kissed Adrian. He’s your best friend.
She kissed him again. Maybe one night I’ll bring one of my girlfriends.
She kissed him again.
Why not just introduce me to her?
Edgar said.
I’m particularly horny tonight...more than the two of you can satisfy.
Oh-h,
Edgar mumbled.
Don’t you want me?
Of course.
Well, then don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.
Chapter 3 - Morning
Edgar was sore as he walked from Kate’s apartment to the parking lot. The sun was just peeking over the horizon. He had lasted hours, was ready for more. So was Kate. Adrian gave up after far less time. Edgar had to go home and shower for work.
Wait up,
Adrian said, hurrying along the sidewalk. What’d you think?
Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure. She told me she enjoyed having two guys, but I wasn’t sure. I’ve only done something like that twice before.
I’m just lucky to have one time, once.
Edgar groaned. Just now.
He groaned again.
"She said she has a girlfriend coming to visit this weekend. Won’t tell me anything about her other than she’s Irish. Says the lady is special."
Had a blind date once, and she was actually blind.
Did you and she?
Adrian, no we didn’t fuck.
Do you still know her?
Buddy, are you into blind chicks?
Just never had one.
You are something else, you know. Kate is the hottest chick I’ve ever met, and you were staring at other Irish redheads last night at the bar. Now, you are pumping me about a blind lady I met once.
I’ve got my weaknesses.
If you want Kate’s friend, I’ll be happy to take Kate off your hands.
She digs you, you know. I don’t know if I can keep up. I might be too old for her.
Think about it. I’ll take either one.
Chapter 4 - Missed Nights
Edgar did not see Adrian or Kate the next night, but that did not stop him from fantasizing about her. He wasn’t into surprises, and rarely accepted an offer of a blind date. He had just made a joke, and Adrian fell for it. Was he really into blind ladies? He had never suggested wanting someone that was disabled in any manner, but just lovely Irish lasses. Kate was surely one.
He set a new record of five solo orgasms the night after being with Kate. Three had been the old one. He changed the sheets and fed the washing machine before taking a shower.
Images of Kate missing a leg, or both legs, or an arm, fueled more fantasies in the shower. He managed another orgasm, but it was not as strong as the others. She really was the most lovely lady he had ever met, and he had made love with her. The few others he had were average at best, and most guys would consider them rejects, but desperate as he for sex.
Chapter 5 - Friday
Friday-night at O’Malley’s was not much different from any other night. The bar was always crowded, and everyone had a hand on a glass of something. Adrian had suggested not pairing with a particular lady, but just seeing how things went. It seemed clear that he was willing to give Kate up for her friend. Maybe Kate had told him something about her, or maybe he was just crazy. Maybe the girlfriend could not last any longer in bed than Adrian.
Edgar waited outside on the sidewalk. The evening was warm, though he could tell fall was not far away. An airplane flew overhead. He watched until its lights were gone. He was prepared for whatever that the night brought. He found himself lost in the possibility he would spend the night with Kate.
Adrian was next. Hey, man. Are you ready?
What’d you learn about the friend?
Not even her name, but she’s got to be good looking...she’s Irish.
Are you kidding? Haven’t you noticed some hot ladies hang out with less attractive ones as a shield?
Have you seen anything like that in O’Malley’s?
No, but I’ve seen it in other bars. Maybe O’Malley’s is different.
I hope so.
Adrian groaned. Now, you have me worried.
You can have Kate.
No, buddy...we agreed that we’d just let things develop.
Kate walked alongside a lady equally as lovely, with equally the same Irish features, only she used a white cane. Adrian’s trousers quickly developed a bulge. Edgar thought he heard the zipper begin to rip.
This is Bevin Lamb,
Kate said, then finished the introductions.
Bevin reached out and found Adrian’s hand. Nice to see you.
She laughed heartily. Some blind humor.
Her voice had a similar accent to Kate’s, and up close, just as pretty. Edgar wondered if all Irish ladies were that pretty. She reached up and felt Adrian’s face. I like what I see.
She chuckled.
She’s been blind about a year,
Kate said, then kissed Edgar. How are you?
Recovered.
He laughed.
Good, because I have some plans for you tonight.
He pulled Kate closer, whispered. What about Bevin?
Blind ladies fuck,
she whispered in his ear.
Edgar looked, and Adrian was walking away with Bevin. Edgar remained in the same place with Kate.
He mentioned a mild interest in blind ladies,
Kate said. I didn’t know how he’d react to Bevin, but when she mentioned wanting to visit, I thought it’d be interesting to find out.
She sucked his mouth for a long moment, driving her tongue deep. We can give them a little time.
She kissed him again, wrapped arms around his neck.
What happened to her?
he said, the kissing almost finished.
Long story.
Just curious.
Have you ever looked at a disabled woman and wondered what it’d be like?
To be with them?
Or be like them.
Kate touched his arm.
Sure. Probably most people have.
I doubt that, but it’s good to know you think so.
What disability would you want?
He took Kate’s hand.
She smiled. What would you want me to have?
Not fair.
He chuckled. Generally, an amputation instead of losing a sense, or being paralyzed, or having MS, or polio.
Well that narrows it down.
Why, did you want to be paralyzed?
No, not really. I have known a few people that are. I prefer to have some feeling in my body, particularly between my thighs. If it were just for a few hours, what kind of amputee would I be?
He paused as if he had to consider the possibilities. One leg above the knee.
Why?
Seems the least disabling.
How about all four limbs?
She grinned.
A bit extreme.
So, that’s out of the question?
I didn’t say that.
He laughed. Why, is that what you want?
I didn’t say that.
She laughed, having mirrored his comment. She rubbed his trousers with her palm. Hmm, you found that exciting.
She rubbed again. Maybe we should go somewhere and chat.
What about them?
I’m sure they won’t miss us.
Chapter 6 - Bevin
Adrian could not stop looking at Bevin. Her eyes were open, looked normal, though she could not see. She had folded her cane and put it in her purse. Now, she was holding his hand.
Kate speaks highly of you.
She sipped her Bushmills whiskey. He usually ordered it when trying to impress an Irish lass.
That’s good to know.
I suppose you are wondering what it’s like. Everyone does.
I used to walk around with my eyes closed.
He rubbed her fingers.
Me too. I even learned braille long before I needed it. How to use a cane as well.
Why?
I had a childhood girlfriend that was blind. It fascinated me. She was as functional as I was, but she’d been that way most of her life, but not from birth...an accident. I’d use her cane and keep my eyes closed. She seemed to enjoy that I would pretend. She had a second cane, and we would go around like we were sisters, and both blind. People would stare, but I never knew it. I like that I can’t tell how people react to me.
Nice.
They both sipped their drinks, but said nothing for a few minutes.
Do you still pretend?
she said.
Uh-huh. Does that bother you?
Ah, contraire.
She giggled. I find that very intriguing.
She sipped. They make opaque contacts for people with damaged eyes. Have you tried using those?
Yup. I have a pair. I even have a cane. I hope you don’t mind.
Why would I?
I don’t know. I just assumed that a person that was really blind might find that offensive.
Let me put your mind at ease, Adrian. I don’t mind, and I am glad you pretend.
She kissed his lips, tasting the whiskey. It means you want to understand what I experience.
Chapter 7 - Kate
Kate opened her front door, let Edgar inside before locking it. She offered him a drink, and he accepted a glass of whiskey. He looked around, found a little clutter. The prior evening the place had been neat and tidy. Maybe this was from Bevin. After a few sips from her glass, she kissed his lips, rubbed her hand over his chest.
You really pleased me,
she whispered, nibbling his earlobe.
Likewise.
He felt over her blouse. He enjoyed she did not wear a bra. She had not the other evening. Maybe she never did. She did not need one.
You could suck a nipple.
She snickered, feeling his hand over a breast.
I could devour you.
I’d like that.
He lifted her skirt, pushed her panties down, then she sat on the kitchen island with thighs spread wide, feet up near the hips, knees to either side of her body. He leaned down and began to lap, lick, and nibble. She moaned pleasantly, letting her knees drop wider. She quickly finished an orgasm, then another. He was still licking, shoving his tongue deep inside, swatting her swollen bud.
Hmm, so...good-d,
she moaned. "Imagine if I
