    About the Author

    The author is a twelve year Army veteran who used to train soldiers to remain in compliance with Army height and weight standards in order to help them keep their careers. She has worked with many soldiers to complete the Army Birthday Annual Ten-Miler, and to get them down to a healthy height and weight. She is also certified to work with pregnant and post-partum women to safely maintain their fitness during pregnancy and to bounce back after child birth.

    Post Army, the author still leads an active lifestyle and is pursuing a physical training certification and trains and runs numerous marathons.
