There are very few women who can genuinely jump straight back into their skinny jeans a few weeks after their baby is born. Even if you kept fit during the pregnancy, you probably gained some unwanted weight or lost a bit of muscle definition. Eating well and exercising regularly will give you your body back, but you have to be realistic. Give yourself a manageable time frame. It took you nine months to grow that baby; allow at least that much time to return to your pre-pregnancy shape. Remember, though, that your body will have changed in some unexpected ways, and you may never be exactly the same as you were pre-baby!
