GROW, BABY, GROW

When it comes to babies and weight gain, each child is different. So how do you know if your baby is healthy? The answer is simple really. Regular clinic visits for weigh-ins and check-ups.

On your first visit to the well baby clinic, you will be given a “Road to Health” card or a standard growth chart, which records your baby's weight, height, health, development and vaccinations for his first five years.

You need to keep this card in a safe place and take it with you to all clinic and doctor visits.

Photocopy your baby's health chart and keep copies in a safe place. One day when you apply
